Really disappointed that these guys did not honor their warranty. Called multiple times and even when they dropped off a window late because it broke at their shop, they still refused to replace or even look at the hardware that failed in their casement windows. Was very satisfied up to that point I replaced all my custom windows with them. Over $3k in cost.

Found the Louvred windows here just like every time before, you cant find it anywhere else and Weather Proof has it faster cheaper with professional service and a smile! Never left here unhappy!

Priced about them same as other stores, maybe a little cheaper. But I needed special sized doors. The guys were very nice and helpful. But Im only giving them 4 stars because the doors were not exactly the size I needed and adjustments had to be made. They also told me the door was stainable, the finish does not stay on.

They did a great job at a great price.

Do not buy from here! Its been less than 2 years since my windows were purchased and installed and one opened with extreme difficulty and i assumed it was the installation because the rest opened beautifully. Now a year and a half later almost half of them open with extreme difficulty and alot of force. I regret paying so much and they arent even energy certified for Michigan. When i found out i can get energy certified windows with warranty for a better price from menards i kicked myself over and over and over.

Took three sliding glass door screens to have the screens replaced it took them three weeks to do it and when they came back they werent even cleaned and there was missing trim on one of the doors

I can get repair to my storm doors for free.

The overwhelming majority of employees have poor comprehensive skills. There are many alternative businesses in Jackson with this same model. All of which hold themselves to significantly higher standards.

Terrible irresponsible. Take pictures of what ever ypu bring in for repair. They will return with brackets missing and say its your fault.Sad 😢
