The crew did an amazing job making the walk in shower and laundry room safe for my mother in law. They took their time and even went out of their way in making the electrical outlets easier to use by placing them up higher on the wall. Very professional workers, this is the second time we have hired Alpha and Omega and are very happy with the completed job.

I went into this with no clue how to start the process, they were patient and helpful. The gentlemen that came and did the work were respectful and very kind. I LOVE my new kitchen!

The teams both interior and exterior at Alpha Omega are wonderful. We where more than impressed by the work ethic of the employees. They are professional and very easy to work with. We had a couple issues and they made sure that they where resolved without any problems. The two words that come to mind when I think of my experience from start to finish with Alpha Omega is TOP NOTCH. From the first day Issac came to my house to design and quote, to the day Daniel and his crew pulled away from my completed project. Professional, efficient, quality workmanship, integrity, and overall great character. I would not hesitate to hire them for any project around my house. They did a fabulous job and we love our new deck! Thanks to all the AO crew for their hard work, it did not go unnoticed.

We contacted Alpha & Omega regarding some egress windows, garage window replacement and swapping a door for a window and two windows for a sliding patio door on our brick exterior home. It really truly was a low stress, great experience from start to finish. Isaac was responsive and quick to come out and look things over/take measurements during the quote. Jim was great at letting us know when and what to expect before the crew got started. Daniel and his crew were prompt, professional and diligent with great attention to detail. It was really critical to us to have the remodel look and feel like it was original and they did a seamless job saving and integrating the existing brick and limestone sills in the revisited portions. The final finished work exceeded expectations. Couldnt be happier and would gladly have them complete any more necessary work at our home. In fact - am planning to talk to them at a later date about building out a large wood shop in the backyard.

I am writing this letter to let you know how very happy we are with our addition. It is so much nicer than we ever even imagined. Your ideas and suggestions were the best.Daniel and his crew were absolutely amazing. They were here everyday when they said they would be and they stayed all day. Sometimes they stayed quite late to get things done. Each evening they cleaned things up so nicely. My neighbors even commented on how respectful they were while working.Brian and I had a ton of questions. We had a list every day and not once did we feel like we were annoying or a problem. Daniel walked me through some changes that I was not able to visualize. Because he took the time to explain what I was missing, I was able to make a decision to go with French Doors. I am so happy I went with French Doors!!!! I think one of my initial statements was I didn’t want French Doors!!! He was absolutely right. I love them.I appreciate Christina’s helpfulness too. I was lost picking out my floor but she led me in the right direction. I love it so much that I want the rest of my house to have it.Brian and I are an old married couple that struggle with change sometimes. Your team made us feel so comfortable about what was happening that we became excited about what we were having done. You all were awesome. We cannot thank you enough. We recently had one new bathroom built in our basement and two upstairs bathrooms remodeled. We are very impressed with the professional job they did. Matthew and Eli are hard working and did such a beautiful job!We would certainly use the services of Alpha Omega again and would recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel!

Poor company ethics. they must have made up something to try and get my previous review removed. Mowed city lot next to my house i was standing at the kitchen window and heard a loud thud. I saw the kid looking underneath his zero turn. I went outside to look around and found this metal piece that damaged the side of my house. By the time i figured this out the kid was racing down the street on his mower. I called and got a rude response from the manager or owner claiming it couldnt have been them Except i witnessed it first hand! He said he would get back with me its been two+ years. Im glad i dont use them but for anyone thinking about it should be careful because their ethics have been shown and who knows what mistakes they continue to make and hide it under the rug (like hiding my previous review) terrible. Just an awful company who doesnt take responsibility.

Everyone who I worked with-Isaac, Christina and Matt were great! The best part was that they showed up on time, everyday and completed everything in the time promised! I love my new bathroom!

They completely gutted and remodeled our kitchen in 2016. We are now having issues with the paint peeling (has been for 2 years) and appliance issues. THEY DID NOT GIVE US A RECEIPT. Now we cant use the warrantys for our appliances they installed and we purchased. Also, they projected that the remodel would take from February to the end of April. They were still here in May.

Very professional, polite, and honest work crew. Work was performed in a timely matter and clean up was performed afterwards. I would highly recommend Alpha Omega for anyone.

We recently gutted our master bathroom with a total remodel. Prior to the remodel, we obtained three quotes for the job. All three were very close in cost, but there was absolutely no competition when it came to the responsiveness and follow-up to our request for a quote and the subsequent conversations, planning and prep. We are so pleased with the outcome of the remodel and have appreciated the attention we have received even after the job was completed.

My experience with Alpha and Omega was excellent from the first time I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Forest to Christinas final photos of the completely renovated bathroom. Professional, honest, hard working, dependable are only a few of the words to describe the work ethics demonstrated in each member of the crew that worked on my bathroom remodel. I particularly liked the fact that the same crew of workers stayed with the entire project and it was completed within the timetable in the estimate. Some problems were encountered during the project but Alpha and Omega were determined that the final outcome would be completed correctly. I felt as though they became family and I wish I had another remodel to ask them to complete. Great experience!

Deck and porch replacement with installation of a new front door was done on time, in rain, snow and even freezing weather. Daniel and his crew were always on time, very professional, worked all day without multiple breaks and excuses. The job was done within the time frame, the cost was realistic and the assistance in picking materials and colors was spot-on. They helped me with decisions needed during the processes and did not tell me it must be done the way they wanted it done!

Called, and stopped in to their store over two weeks ago to get an estimate. Nobody has even bothered to call me back yet. Unprofessional

I love my new bathroom. From the time I received the quote to the last day of the remodeling project, I felt confident that my project was in good hands. We recently had our unfinished basement finished and couldn’t be happier with the work by Alpha & Omega Construction. They were extremely professional, dependable, friendly, and their work from start to finish was top notch quality. They were also flexible with the minor changes we made along the way. Our basement was actually finished two days earlier than what they initially quoted us. We qualified for some rebates through Consumers Energy and they went above and beyond to help with the paperwork needed. I called several local contractors to build a deck for me. I must say Im very happy I went with Alpha and Omega Construction. The quality of work was top notch, and they had and eagerness and excitement to performing the work. Their passion for the job is evident. They were also very prompt in returning any of my calls and answering my questions.

We could not be happier with Alpha and Omega. After dreaming of a finished basement for years, Isaac put the plans to paper, and made a few suggestions to improve the overall feel of the space. Mark and Keifer worked hard every day until the job was finished, and the craftsmanship of the work is impeccable. They kept us updated throughout the process both on cost and timing, and kept to expectations. The company also has an in-house interior designer - Christina, who picked out a couple multiple choice options for our faucets, counters, etc which really helped the design not be so overwhelming. Our new basement is beautiful, and we just love spending time there now. We will definitely be using Alpha and Omega again for any interior or exterior projects we have in the future!!

Had I only realized that Isaac and his crew were so great to work with and so efficient we would have done this years ago. They started on a Monday and were finished by Friday afternoon. The crew working at our house was top notch-Mark, Matt, and Nathan. It was like having family at your house for the week. Give them a call next time you have a construction project you need done.

I have been working here at alpha and Omega construction for 6 years now and I have to say it is one of the most professional company out there from lawn Care to construction every employee cares about what that do and always do there hardest to make sure everything is done right and to the costumers satisfaction

Communication with the kitchen project was not great. Some confusion about when things were supposed to happen. Deck was much better. They came on time and worked hard and finished quickly.

We needed to replace the roof on our home, due to insurance claim we were required to get 3 quotes. one company took 3 weeks to get me a quote, another took 7 weeks! Alpha and Omega took 1 day! one company didnt think it was important to meet us so they came to look at the house when it was convenient for them and we were at work, the other came and left in 15 minutes and never smiled or said anything beyond business. Alpha and Omega came out when we were home, thorough inspected the roof, spent time discussing options and other work we had considered, by the time he left I knew all about his family and could tell they were a trust worthy company. They came out within 2 days of the estimated date for install, cleaned up the worksite every day before leaving, removed all debris, gave us status updates and were done in 2.5 days. It looks beautiful and they treated us like I think they would treat us if we were their family. I am a local Realtor and often have other Realtors and clients asking for recommendations, Ive already given them several referrals and will continue to do so. They better hire more people because I will keep them busy!

We hired them through Lowes for our kitchen renovation. So many issues. Too many to list here. One example is five of our drawer/cabinet pulls were installed crooked. Lowes had to order new drawer/cabinet fronts...
