This is the only people I will let clean my carpets! Highly recommend them

When I told my sister I was going to have somebody clean our carpets, she said I would be wasting my money, since she had two different companies coming to clean her carpet and there was no difference at all (I also notice that). But I figured, since I cant replace my floors, maybe it would be worth to try the cleaning thing if it looks a little bit better. So I called different places to get estimates and also because I like to ask a bunch of questions and the way they answer them really helps me decide who to go with.I talked to Sean, and from the begging I could tell he knew what he was talking about, I could tell he was honest and pleasant. When they came, it was Sean and his wife Andrea, also very nice.They did an AWESOME JOB!!!. I still cant believe our carpets look so clean, its been a few weeks now, and it still looks great. I totally recommend this company. Not only the service is excellent, but Sean and Andrea are kind, honest, hardworking people. I would not go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning needs.Thanks!

I hired Pinnacle ChemDry to clean the carpets in a house I had just purchased which had been sitting vacant for the past 4 years. Sean and Andrea were professional in their appearance and communication. I was impressed that they took the time to call me to let me know they were running late due to circumstances beyond their control. Sean and Andrea cleaned the carpets throughout our entire home. They called immediately to set up our appointment and worked within my requested time frame, despite their busy schedule. They arrived promptly, wore shoe coverings, put down tarps and immediately got to work. They worked all morning and afternoon and got out many stains that I assumed were permanent, including a stain from the recent heavy rain that leaked through our basement wall. They were very pleasant and professional at all times, and meticulously cleaned each room. My only regret is that we did not take any before and after photos to show off their amazing work.
