Technicans arrived timely. They were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. The carpets looked like new when job was complete. I am a very happy customer and will call them again when I need carpets cleaned. Prices were very reasonable.

I have used them twice and the first time was excellent... The 2nd time, i was not happy..BUT, after leaving bad review on Google, they called me and the manager personally came out and cleaned the furniture again, AT NO EXTRA COST! Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to make the customer happy!

Called was told 2 different prices then carpets wasnt cleansed came back and had to do over but was told the 99 for 4 rooms was just in their area so false advertising and was told that could remove any stain an couldnt so dont guess we will call back
