Internet strength could be improved for customers outside of city limits.

I had an appointment scheduled today at 12pm. I called at 3:00pm, 4:20pm, 5:20pm, and 6:47pm at which times the dispatcher told that the installer was about to pull into my driveway... No one showed or called me all day.

I had an appointment for the past three days which they told me to expect them between 8am to 5pm. Never showed up every time I called they said tomorrow. I dont know whats going on but it seems real real shady.
