Sales representative astubbs as it states on the receipt was very rude did not speak no customer service was shown also I bought xfinity prepaid service and she didn’t set it up properly just sold me a box when I got home I had all type of issues with xfinity prepaid because of her negligence.

Never picks up the phone... So drive there and although supposed to be open at 7 am theyre not even open and next location is far away.

Went in to purchase an item took about 5 minutes to decide in the cashier. started inventory on her computer while I was looking at merchandise and told me it would take 20 to 30 minutes before she could use the computer to check me out

Need to stop hiring kids and hire people who can answer questions like what plans do you have?ie(phone plans)Not a pickup line little girl

Location is still open and they have great customer service. I was looking to switch over to a different carrier for better service and lower monthly payments. I decided to go into boost and see what kind of promotions they were running and they had exactly what I needed. They gave me a free galaxy and hooked me up to the unlimited plan for only $50/month!
