Best gym I have ever had a membership with. Moved away over a year ago and haven’t been able to find a gym like it since. Amazing sense of community, so much support, and the layout of the gym can’t be beat. They treated me and my daughters like family. We practically lived there, spent at least 3-4 hours a day there, more on summer weekends when the outdoor pool was open. Gold’s Gym in Jackson continues to hold the #1 spot in my ratings for top gym.

There it’s no golds gym here. The next one I found was in Nashville.

Friendly members and excellent staff. Plenty of equipment to complete anyones workout. Always impressed by how clean the environment is. My family and I enjoy working out at Golds.

Great gym! Great experience! This place has everything you need. Steve was very helpful. They are also reasonably priced for walk-ins from out of town. If I lived here, I would be a member.

This place is just awesome. Been a member other places over the years and I love Golds! The staff is friendly and helpful. Its very clean! The machines are always working. It is a great place for people of all fitness levels and the trainers are available to help you reach your goals. Most classes are included in your membership, so its a great value. They just get it right the first time. Ask for a pass and come visit. There are other gyms in town who claim to be the best. Golds doesnt have to claim that because the members do it for them.

A reviewer says the lady at the desk looked at him out of discuss?....oh well, Ive been there for many years, its had ups and downs and I may not agree with everything there, but its got everything you need, is really kept clean, clean and clean! The price is reasonable and you have access for cheap to other Golds all over the world!! Put it in perspective and enjoy all this gym has to offer!

Great place to workout, very friendly staff,clean and plenty of equipment. My phone service isnt that great in there,or the wifi connection.

They wont let you use there swimming pool if your not a member, even if you pay for a day pass. Ive never heard if that before from any other Golds gyms. Welcome to Tennessee. Inbred Capital!!

Best Gym Ive been to you get way more than you bargain for..awesome machines with plenty of space, a sauna,and the best part about Golds is the protein shake bar..tasty!

Horrible!!! The only reason I am giving a 1 is because you cant give a negative score.DO NOT, under any circumstances, begin a membership with GOLDS GYM JACKSON.For MANY reasons (if you dont read anything else read #7):1. When we joined we were told that improvements were going to be made to certain areas of the gym that were the main reason we chose Golds. Nothing has been changed.2. Much of their equipment is old and not kept up well.3. The pool is tiny and is frequently dirty (bandaids, leaves, paper, and other junk.)4. The general manager is rude and dismissive and doesnt care about anything but that bottom line.5. There is no corporate office that can help you since its an individual franchise. There is NO accountability.6. There is not only a monthly fee but you get charged double in July because of annual fees. You arent given a heads up as to when it comes out. Surprise! Its July and now you cant meet your budget.7. AND WORST OF ALL: If you sign a contract, there is NO early termination fee. They DONT CARE what your situation is. Not even when your child has been diagnosed with a serious medical issue and you can no longer afford a gym due to ungodly healthcare costs. They are determined to get that money no matter how it effects anyone else.Go to Total Fitness Kickboxing - Jackson, TN! Go to Planet Fitness! But do NOT go to Golds.I wish someone would have warned me before I did.

Machines are always working, staff remembers who you are, other members are helpful when you need a spotter, awesome gym.
