I usually don’t rate stores but it needs to be put out there. I have been a customer since May of this year 2020. I had to give a 1 star in order to write an review. My experience has been awful. Annie is unprofessional an needs to go elsewhere. They harass you from calling your phone everyday.. from which I had to block them from. Come to your home every week beating on your door. I had someone to come out last Saturday there he wants to hug on me an say inappropriate things. No I don’t know what type of business your running but it’s bad. I wish I wouldn’t have dealt from RAC at all. Don’t rent from them.

The online portion is easy but everything else is horrible. Terrible customer interaction. Constantly rude. If you find the same thing elsewhere just dont bother with them

Great staff and the store is always clean and inviting

The staff was experienced and were polite and respectful. The store was neat and the selections and prices were ok. Furniture was delivered on time(ish).

Trenice and her staff is amazing

Annie was very rude and lazy...and the guys that work there is very unprofessional, They brought my furniture to me n had to take the legs off to get it threw the door...and lied like they was gone return to fix the legs and never came back...PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT RENT A CENTER
