Love all my peeps!๐
Friendly staff, did good work, was expensive but reasonable. I had to call several times before I could get anyone to do the inspection. Took at least a week after the inspection was supposed to be done to get the quote. Was able to schedule the mold remediation days after the quote which was nice. They took over a week of near daily calls to write my mold remediation letter which caused my houses closing date to be pushed back even though I stressed when I needed it by when scheduling repairs, which was highly displeasing to me.
Still waiting for them to show up. Ended up calling another company.
Do not use this company they donโt pay there subcontractors and allow clients to tell them how they should run there business.they are in the process of being sued for fraud for non payment from multiple contractors or have contractors show up and start a job then kick them off the job without explanation and tell them they are having to fix things that werenโt even under contract and then when asked to show proof of the repairs fixed they wonโt and still refuse to make payments.
My moms toilet tank had been leaking in her spare bathroom for several days and had flooded the guest closet and bedroom behind the bathroom. I called West Tennessee Restoration and they jumped into action. Jeremy came within hours gave us a quote and the next morning brought the guys to get everything up and out. Next they treated it so no mold could grow and got the equipment going to dry it all out. After it dried for 3 days they were back to pick up the equipment inspect everything and set a time to start the repairs. Saturday morning they arrived and got right to work. After new floor boards, paint, and carpet you would never know anything had happened. They put all the furniture back where it went and were very careful not to bump the walls. It all looked beautiful!!!Thank you so much West Tennessee Restoration and Team! You did an AMAZING job!!!Sincerely,Jana Eagan
I was in the process of buying a home. I knew the home had been on fire about 5 years ago, but wanted to know if the remediation that had been done was up to code and sufficiently safe. I called West Tennessee Restoration and told them my inspection period was coming to an end soon and I needed someone to take a look in the attic at the existing remediations. I was informed that they were pretty busy, but they would try to work me in. I got a call from Tim of WTR the very next day and he said he would be happy to come by and take a look. He was punctual, professional, extremely thorough, and helpful. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
Ive been waiting 2 and 1/2 months to get paid on a job
Make sure you check with insurance company how much you are actually getting back versus WTR just telling you. They tried to get over on my but I called my insurance company.
Great service
Ours is hopefully a rare story. My wife and I had severe water leaks twice in the same year. The first one was in our primary residence in Jackson and then a few months later our weekend house at the river had a major incident. The situation with the house in Jackson occurred in such a fashion we could handle it in an orderly, planned manner. West Tennessee Restoration personnel did an excellent job and completed to our satisfaction. Their cooperation was good at all levels. Now for the horror story; our river house is 72 miles from Jackson and the ginormous leak in an upstairs supply line has been going on for several hours when I return to the house and discover it. It was Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. I was overwhelmed. In a little more than 2 hours after I called David, a crew of eight (8) people with all their equipment was onsite and jumped all over this huge water leak; 3 floors flooded. They handled it completely and to our satisfaction.
Nice people who know what they are doing.
Good place
