We didnt know who to call after a recent storm damaged our home and we were standing in water in our living room. Im so glad that our insurance agent called Servpro! They responded quickly and professionally to begin mitigation of the water damage. Steven worked closely with our insurance adjuster throughout the mitigation process. We didnt have to worry about anything. Every mitigation team member was top notch (James, Robert, Chris & Tasha)! Servpros construction team is also worthy of praise. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to repair the damage. Ryan kept us informed of the status of the project on a regular basis. Each member of the construction team has also been top notch. After a termite inspection at our home, a small leak in the hot water line was noticed. We then contacted a plumber to repair the leak. Worried that some standing water was left from the incident, we contacted ServePro Jackson to inspect the crawlspace. Kevin Matlock came out and inspected for any damage. Mr. Matlock did a great job, not only by exhibiting professionalism and fantastic customer service, but also by recommending next steps for us to do in dehumidifying our home. He also examined the insulation on our cooling unit, recommending insulation. Mr. Matlock took care of my 90 year-old parents home as if it were his own. For that, we owe you a debt of thanks. But if I do I will be asking for Mr. Steven and his crew. Servpro is in the process of trying to put the house back together now. I wish Mr. Steven and crew had time to help put the house back together. But thats on the construction side. I hope they are as professional, helpful, and quick as the mitigation side has been.

Servpro employees came right to my house and treated it respect except for Kevin. Kevin talked over me, pretended to know more than he actually did, and was extremely disrespectful to the men working under him.

When I arrived at my second home in Tennessee and discovered a washer pipe had leaked and destroyed just about every room in the house, ServPro of Jackson/Crockett County quickly came to the rescue. My insurance company contacted them and Servpro was at my house the next day ripping out the damages. Upon completion of the rip out, the house was broom swept and left in great condition to begin reconstruction. Communication was excellent. Any time I had a question or concern and called or emailed Jeramy Link or Jonathan Bell, I received a same day response. I had a water pipe burst in my house and most of the water polled in the carpet in one of my bedrooms. Kevin came out within two days (during emergency flooding cleanup in another county) to check out the situation. He got my carpet cleaning scheduled and then he and Christian came to apply some anti microbial spray to my carpet and get it ready for the cleaning. I can’t thank them enough for all their help as a new homeowner who wasn’t sure what to do in this situation.

No stars probable???ON 9/2014, I went into my spare bedroom closet n there was water damage n mold. I had a waterline bust in attic n it was causing water to flood bedroom closet. My ins co sent out Servpro to do drying after the estimate was done at $6900.00 BUT... after Servpro came n left, it was a $21,000.00 problem. They sent out inexperienced personnel that came to my home n contaminated my whole house with mold. I lost so much n so many valuables that couldn’t be replaced for no amount of money. I ended up having to sue other co. for my personal property n won. It’s a shame Liberty Mutual paid for most of the damage this company caused but then again liberty mutual Ins is a wonderful Ins company!! TY SERVPRO for turning my life upside down n my world as I knew it. You see, I just had both knees replaced n was barely able to walk besides being placed in a hotel for 17 days... not to mention my insurance going up almost $800 a year thank U again for UR wonderful incompetent service..

What a terrible company. if you have a fire or water damage in may or June dont expect them to be done before Christmas. the only good employees that came to my house and did work were named Mike,dante and Keith. the managers were rude.
