As a driver I would only say dont burden yourself with this place .I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment time and was made to wait for a dock door for 2 hours, and then I sat in the dock for another 3 and a half hours. paid a lumper fee and the product water by the way was put back on my truck and was told it was to hot for the company to keep it.Avoid going here save yourself the headaches!!!!!!!

2 stars for allowing O/N parking. The unloading was terrible. In a dock by 0630. Didnt leave till 1230 pm. They slow and lazy and will try to steal your load locks. Didnt talk to any receiving employees. Turn pw into another employee walking the lot collecting pw. Capstone employee returned pw. Cant comment on lumper fee as I didnt have one. Employees I did interact with were friendly and helpful. They retrieved my forgotten load locks without question.

As a driver we have to take the good with the bad its Sadly part of our industry, I have noticed some bad reviews for this location and I have to say my experience here was a good one. I got checked in right away assigned a door and was out of the location within one hour of check in. I dare say keep up the good work, I was impressed!

Stay away from this place here 5 1/2 hrs they just sitting on forklift in the back of my trailer doing nothing been watching them for an hr now the was very rude. Drivers stay away

Delivered here this morning.. I had a great experience. Stayed all night on the street there. They called me at 5:30 am gave me a door and was empty and paperwork in hand at 7:30 am.. Lumper fee was a little expensive but worth it.. Keep up the good work guys..

No problem unloading time could be better

Once you arrive at this location park on the street and walk up to the guard shack. They check you in take your phone number and call you when you got a door.

Very friendly people !! Quick to get unloaded but took awhile to get our paperwork. In and out in 4 hours was not bad at all!!

I have met the worst service in the WORLD, the receiving guys are not responsible, patience and are moving very hard, especially Jerry and his colleaguesWe stayed there more that 8 hours. Tried to call the receiving department, and they did not respond to me, after a lot of calls they told me to call after 30 minutes if we are not unloaded!!!!The worst service in the world!!!

Only reason I dont give it 5 stars is that the securities weren’t professional, couldnt understand anything they said. They really hate their job. Other than that, was in and out within 2 hours. Cant complain at all.

Took 5 hours to get unloaded and I was 30 minutes early with a dry load!!!

Very long dock times....I was able to do a 10 hour break, get full hours back. Luckily next pickup was late appt or I would have missed.

Sysco pays detention after 2 hours. Don’t let the Broker or Company tell you otherwise 4 hours there to unload half a truck of onions! Lumper was done hours ago. Exit gate pass has your time out. 30 dollars per hour after two. They want to drag there feet? Makem pay.!

Check in was ok. It took longer than expected because of shortage and damage issues so i dont know how fast they move for real. Still...not to bad.

Guard and staff all were friendly. Was in a door by my 9am appt time and was done within 3 hours.As stated park on street and walk to guard house. Once in the door wait in your truck and they will come to you for the bills.

I confirmed my appointment was at 0630 on 12/3/2019 afternoon with this place. I showed up for delivery 12/4/19 at 0545, sat and waited. Got a door after 0800 and was informed that my appointment was for 0800. $129 lumper fee later (four, 1/2 size pallets of meat).... I cant understand the reasoning for lying to drivers especially when our paperwork contradicts your lies.

Stay away from delivering here, slowest place in state, every lumper should be fired been here 8 hours and counting for 10 pallets to get unloaded

We got in the dock at 8 for an 8 o lock appt. It is now 2:30 and they are still unloading. Slowest place ever... Sad thing is its right by my house I could be at home relaxing..

My appointment was 9:00 am, checked in at 8:27 got the door right away. They dont let drivers inside because of Covid 19 .unloading fast but wait for paperwork too long. No restroom

Theyll work you in early if they can, parking on the street as well as along the fence that borders 220.Your GPS might take you on a tour to get here.I-220, Industrial Road exit. Go east off the ramp, right at the light, right on Milwaukee. Park on the side and walk up to the shack.

This place is one of the slowest most unorgainatize places I have ever been to. Appointment was at 8 been here and at a door since 7. Its now almost eleven no sign of leaving anytime either. The same people who was here at 6 or before still in they same spot.

Got here at 9am for a 10am appointment. Almost noon and havent even gotten a dock assignment. Gonna be a long day. They will charge you a fee if you are late, but if you are on time, they dont care how long they make you wait to unload....

Showed up at 0800 for 0800 appointment. Its almost 1300 and theyre still working on the same 19 pallets. Do not show up with your clock running and a mixed load!!!

The sister in the receiving office is very rude and unprofessional, finished unloading within two hours and still waiting on paperwork. ..can see why nobody likes delivering to any of the Sysco Foods facilities. ..seriously need to a better lumper service

Pros: friendly staff, pretty easy docking, street parking, clean restroomCons: very long wait time, high lumper feeYou can get here as early as youd like since you park on the street before checking in. I dont think they actually start calling anyone in tell 06:00 though so be aware. They will either call you directly to a door or maybe into a sort of staging area while you wait. Dock, go to receiving, wait for a call for lumper fee. Now heres the kicker, youll be paid up and unloaded and still wait a good hour or more before you get paperwork. All told I got here at 05:00 appt at 09:00 was in a door in a few hours then waited 3 hours for a call for lumper payment. Then another 2 hours as they finished unloading and sorting paperwork out. So you could end up burning most of your hours at this place.

Awful place to deliver too it takes five hours to get unloaded and another hour just to get your paper work. I only delivered five pallets and it took forever. I never want to come back here and the staff is ghetto as hell.

Overnight truck parking at Milwaukee street, as long as you are not blocking a driveway. 8 -10 trucks could park.

Brought 21 pallets of water .Appointment time was for 8a.m.Checked in 7:25 and out 11:45.Capstone charged me 319.00 and the lady in the office seems like under drugs.
