Dear colleagues, dont even think to come here! I spent 17 hours. Of course I washed the 2020 trailers deck and dried it beforehand. Checked nails in the boards.I arrived in a time frame that was mentioned in brokers form.But shipping informed me that I am late. Appointment was for a day before yesterday at 4.30 am. Early morning day before yesterday I slept at the truckstop Remington IN 450 miles away from this facility with load for another Customer.So I was parked with a guidelines to relax. Relax time continued from lunch time to 1 am next day. Active loading process took another 5 hours.As a happy end I got seal on the left door. BOL was reissued for the right door seal by my request.

Have to admit the place is a total BS.Seems like they move slow on purpose. Seriously)))The guy came out and asked to tip him so he would be able to expedite things. So I did. Never saw him again.The lady in the window said You can wait patiently to be loaded or you can cancel if you dont want to wait.Lol! Thats some business there. ))I think its not just their fault they are like this but poor management and short vision, lack of professionalism and life habits.In a long term owners of the business are losing.And they are here because they deserve to. Slowly dying inside with no hope for a better future.So let them.

!!! ATTENTION !!!, Truck Drivers! 22 hours I spend!The staff is very nice, friendly, good and polite, but ... Arrived 1 pm day, got up to load cargo, they told me that I need to clean and wash the trailer inside. I swept inside. said that you still need to wash inside the trailer. I went. I washed the trailer and came back. The guards told me what to dry. I have dried. Then I was told to get up at the parking space. I got into the parking space, went to the office, they said I had to wait, someone would come up in the evening or at night. 3 hours later about 8 pm i go to staff. They told me short time i have door. I belive. But they tricked me. After 5 hours. 1.00 am. I DEEP sleep. Wild Boom Boom Boom, awake, stay in door number...,. I stay. Im finish sleep in 6.20 am, look in mirror -Green Light, still dont loading,after 10 minutes 6.30 am look Red light. Just open door,18 hours before I look Red Light and open door!!!!! I lost very lot time in this Place. I wish all worker good life, but I wish all worker same in life, wait salary, wait in stores, wait in customer services, wait in gas station, wait same time what i wait,wait all life,wait everywhere, feel it.How it wait. All life! And may it come true to them ☄️⚡Truck Drivers! No recomend come here!!!Thinkig before come this not good place. Spend long time. I understand that the trailer should be clean inside, but the fact that they made me very long wait after I arrived clean is already a mockery. I put 1 star. Deserved This is the Maximum longest place for waiting loading in my truck driver job. I can not put less than 1 star, they did not even deserve a half star. 👎 This is the slowest company in the usa in which I was. Torment people with expectation, people do not get enough sleep, this is a mockery👎There are few trucks, it’s fashionable to load quickly, but they load slowly on purpose👎

Drivers be warned. Live load took almost 5 hours. Avoid this place at all cost.

Bring you breakfast,lunch & dinnerThey will check you in 30min. before your appointment how ever you’ll be sitting here a while before you get loaded. According to the office they are understaffed but I would say it’s a combination of understaffed and lazy staff.Good luck !!!!!

By appt only(have number ready or they will turn you back), trailer must be clean, 3 to 4 hours loading time, restroom available, large lot

So stop the spread so let create something new. Lets put a clip board out there that all the truckers can touch and then they can sign some papers so they can touch more stuff. Then lets have them come into the office and hand us papers after they touched the community clipboard. Amazing.

I do not know what to say, I spend almost 18 hours.... 18 hours of live loading. Of course,you can watch TV or play computer games because you have enough time.

Very slow, 3 months ago was 7 hours waiting, this time went up to 10 hours so it was my last time in this facility. When you go to the office to ask for info, they usually doesnt have any for you...

This is one of the worst warehouse for truck drivers. Expect to be in here at least 8 hours or more. They start loading you, then stop for couple hours, then start again, then stop again for couple hours. None sense.

Now, we have been waiting for 13 hours just to get loaded. Never use this DC

Rude, rude. stay away stay away !!! I come to pick up a load little late after my appointment time, duty heavy traffic and the young lady who work at the gate is unprofessional and very very rude.

Attention Driver’s..!! Make sure you Bring your breakfast lunch dinner with you before you come to this facility.. no matter what time is your appointment they still gonna take 10 to 12 hrs to load you, unless you have some luck🤣 you get loaded in 5 6 hrs but other than that they are super super super slow, you can put your 10 hrs sleep here easily

Avoid if you can very slow

This place is usually slow. You can look to spend 2 - 3 hours here getting loaded. My loads are always light. Have never unloaded at this warehouse.

Waiting for 4 hours already to unload 10 pallets... slow as hell..

Got an appointment that was already late when I got it but I was just about 30 mins late. They inspect your trailer at the gate so Make sure that it is clean before arriving. Have your pick up number and ID ready. You slide your tandems and you back into the dock and unhook. Don’t be surprised if your here for 1.5 hours or more.

Fk this place

Despite previous reviews by others, was actually rather impressed. Started loading within 15mins of docking, took about 1.5hrs. In and out in under 2 hrs total. Has drivers lounge with vending machines, comfy chairs, tv and exceptionally clean bathroom to include sharps container and feminine products. Shipper personnel were pleasant. Would have given 5 stars but gate personnel need improvement; acted as though they were put out and moved slower than molasses. Overall a good experience though.

Checked in at 9:30 for 10:30 appt. Pulled out loaded at 1:15

I arrived an hour early. Took about 20 mins to get checked in because they have to check your trailer, have you slide your tandems, and call over the radio to find what door you will be going to. There was plenty of space for backing. Loading took 3 hours. (Starting from my apptn time although I was there early) My appt was 2:30pm I arrived at 1:30pm and I was finished getting loaded at 5:30pm. Initially I was a little bit irritated because truckers dont get paid by the hour and my 14 hour clock caught up with me so I had less drive time to head towards my next stop. When I went to get my bills, the employees that load and unload the trailers looked wore out and just extremely exhausted and one of them was complaining about muscle pains. I started to feel bad for them and I realized why it took 3 hours to load me. The employees were tired and beat. I gave 3 stars because the security guard was nice and the lot had plenty of space. Next time I take this load Im going to include detention in my rate.

Almost 11 hours waiting to get loaded and not ready yet great job guys went to ask office they dont know how to give you answer first time and list time here drivers stay away from this place

Si vienes a este lugar ven preparado con comida, y con sueño para que duermas todo el día, mi despachador me dio cita para las 10 am y me reporte 15 min antes, pero resulto que no hasta las 4:30 pm, me fui, a l regreso me dan puerta, me estacione con puertas cerradas y solte la caja, espere por 3 horas y la luz nunca cambio a rojo, voy a preguntar que paso y el chofer de patio me dice que se equivocaron que mi puerta es otra, me voy de ahí a la otra puerta las 730 pm, y a esperar nuevamente, termine saliendo a las 1030 pm del lugar, para que tengan en cuanta que venir aquí vas a perder un día.

Fast loading at the time of the appointment you have to be on time you arrive you deliver your order they give you the door you have to unhook and at the end of the load you go for your papers door 43
