How is this place this slow? I’ve have never encountered such a delay to even get a door. You stare at empty doors for hours then the yard jockey drops an empty trailer on a door while you’re waiting 5+ hours for one!! Avoid this place!! If broker post load in Jackson, TN ask is it Kellogg Ryder distribution? If so decline unless you need to do a reset! Plenty empty docks but you can’t have one. Going 13hrs and haven’t been given a dock assignment. At this point I’m just using this place as a safe place to park for the night until I book another in the morning.

All this words below are true, that’s worse place to pick up. Showed up at 4:00pm Friday, for 5:00 pm appointment. Now is Saturday 10:00 am and didn’t get door yet. Spoke with drivers around, all of them arrived yesterday and still waiting too. Employee are super rude and lazy, they don’t care about your appointment and log book. Had a 1230 appointment on 9/21/21. Arrived at 1100 am for my appointment and was told to park in the yard and the yard jockey will come get me. At 1630 I contact shipping and was told they are 24 hrs behind loading trucks. Im still here at 0700 on 9/22/21 and havent yet received a door and the brokers are still posting loads to get picked up knowing they are sending drivers into a 24 hour wait.

Appointment time 4:30am. Checked in at 4am, got a door right away(the standard slide tandems to the rear-disconnect-pull forward procedure).9am and still not loaded. Picking up a full load(only 12 pallets).Charge the broker accordingly. I’m Not planing on coming back anytime soon

I don’t really like to complain in public, but I am complaining about my life, safety. Number 1. If you are I day driver means You sleeping at night, and my Appointment was 12:30 pm, I got a dock 12:20 pm, 7 pm trying to find out how long more and the night shift supervisor, told me don’t come every 5 min here, with I attitude, now it’s 8:11 still is no sign, I hope the Human Resources going to care about our lives drivers Life’s Matter, Driver’s Life’s Matters, Drivers Life’s Matter.!!! I am never going to come here again for any price.!!!

Truck drivers do not pick up or deliver load to this shipper, this is a worst shipper ever. They are rude and lazy, prepare enough foods and water. Our driver was there for 24 hours and still not get loaded yet. I can not find 0 star anywhere, probably I need to ask google to create one for this shipper.

Ive loaded and continue to Load out of this facility on a regular basis. They offer restroom facilities and very limited vending machine services for drivers.The parking area and docks are spacious so even novice drivers will not have any difficulties. These are the new style docks that you back in with doors closed... this has been around quite a while in the temp controlled segment of our industry.You may check in about a hour early. There is parking street side if you arrive to early on an adjacent street.Thats the good part... heres the bad and its the worst Ive seen for this. If you run solo think hard about picking up here especially if it is a Walmart load. Detention times range from 4 hours on the low side to18 hours or more which is more common. If you miss a Walmart delivery appt it takes two to three days to get a rescheduled dock time.This shipper has no remorse or concerns about delaying you.Im a 30 year veteran in this industry being an owner operator for 28 of those years. If my broker wasnt taking care of me like he does I would never ever haul these loads again.This IS A DRIVER BEWARE FACILITY...consider other options before loading here!!

I dont like to rate bad unless there is a major issue but I still want to address the problems.Due to the fact that my friend told me personally that he was hold here for a whole day, I passed by a day earlier than my appointment time to let them Im already here and ready for my load. However, they hold me for around 6 hours. I was at list luckier than my friend.

I am keep wondering why why always the same institution who regulates us as truckin business don’t come after shi****t companies who make lot’s of money logistics and where housing shipments?10 Hours plus more who know waiting to be loaded this is crazy if truckin company doesn’t do right boom they shut down is time big logistics companies to be responsible for the god save us

This has to be the worst place to live load at; I was in the door for 8 1/2 hours. I was told by the shipping clerk; that live loads are least important. Drop trailer loads are first to load then work live loads in. This is why we are there this long. This is the last time I will ever load at this place. If I could I would give it a -5 stars.

This is my 3rd load I pick up this place the 1st two were under 2 hours waiting in door but this one already 4 hours so if you pick up earlier in morning it is better to get their in evening day before your appointment there is a street before you turn right to the shipper can park there for night so you don’t have to start your clock. Generally I can say everyday is not the same.Good luck

Driver watch out going there, I had an appointment for load pick up at 12:30 Pm, I checked in at 11:15 AMI had to wait till 18:45 before i got load.The broker I booked the load with was MOLO DID NOT APPROVED MY DETENETION TILL 19 DAYS LATER.The Most worse shipper ever.

The logistics here is terrible . i dont recommend this place to any driver unless you need to rest because you going to loose all your hours here . i get here 2 hours before my appointment time and spend those 2 hours in line just to check in after 18 hours waiting on the yard for a door i cancel the load. They always say we running behind. 4 years ago till now according to the rewiew that i read they dont change anything .

The worst place ever. My driver checked in 5:00pm it is 6:00am and still not loaded. Please do your selfs as a dispatcher and your driver a favor and don’t book a load here. We are supposed to deliver this loAd in 4 hours. This place has changed shift twice and still my driver has not been started on even. This is a MOLO load. Don’t let their broker talk you in to it.

The place is straight forward but a little slow.... I arrived at 06:34pm my appointment was at 07:30pm they marked my paper 7:19pm that’s how long it took them to just check me in at the guard. I was completely loaded and with paperwork at 10:30pm

This is the WORST distribution center I have ever been to!! Told a lie that they were short staff but reading the reviews tells me this is the standard BS for this DC. Appointment was 2:30 pm, I arrived early, and I have not even been assigned a dock yet 5 hours later!! Talking to other guys here that been here since 5:30 am and they are just now getting to dock. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!! Will never take a load from this DC again. You will definitely be spending the night waiting for your drive time to reset!!

My appointment was 17:30, I arrived and was told to come back cause the appointment was 18:30, them when I arrive again at 18:00 Im told its really 19:30. But they gave me a door. I have been in the door since 18:15 it is 22:16, no freight has been put on my trailer yet. Avoid this place like the plague. Let the mega carriers load and unload here. Unsatisfactory. If I worked here I would feel like a criminal, knowing as a driver how much waisting time in a dock hurts us.

!!! ATTENTION !!!, Truck Drivers! 22 hours I spend! The staff is very nice,friendly, good and polite, but ... Arrived 1 pm day, got up to load cargo, they told me that I need to clean and wash the trailer inside. I swept inside. said that you still need to wash inside the trailer. I went. I washed the trailer and came back. The guards told me what to dry. I have dried. Then I was told to get up at the parking space. I got into the parking space, went to the office, they said I had to wait, someone would come up in the evening or at night. 3 hours later about 8 pm i go to staff. They told me short time i have door. I belive. But they tricked me. After 5 hours. 1.00 am. I DEEP sleep. Wild Boom Boom Boom, awake, stay in door number...,. I stay. Im finish sleep in 6.20 am, look in mirror -Green Light, still dont loading,after 10 minutes 6.30 am look Red light. Just open door,18 hours before I look Red Light and open door!!!!! I lost very lot time in this Place. I wish all worker good life, but I wish all worker same in life, wait salary, wait in stores, wait in customer services, wait in gas station, wait same time what i wait,wait all life,wait everywhere, feel it.How it wait. Very bad place to pickup a load. My appointment was 2:30am, I checked in at 1:40am they made me parked at the staging area said the yard joke will come an let me know when they have a door for me. Now it’s 7:29am I’m still waiting on the dock.

It took 15 hours just to get on the door I am sitting on the door now and it has just turned 21 hours and they are still not done. This is one location I will never return to. Hey guys ; I am a truck driver so I had an appointment to pick up at 2:30 am I miss cause running out of hours but early in the morning I show up at this place they check my trailer and get inside the facility only they say to me because I am late it’s gonna be a WHILE… look now guys it’s 19:14 and I am still waiting so I am just asking myself a while mean : » all the day ». I dont mind waiting really. I did reefer for 5 years. The big problem I have is that they expect you to watch the light to turn green for so many hours. I cant get a little sleep? They should have a call list for live loads. Absolutely ridiculous in that regard.

Facility is easy to find, the distribute delicious Pringle Chips that are manufactured at nearby site. There is truck parking to the east to Jackson, but is sparse heading west, plan accordingly as there is no on-site truck parking.

Drivers, very bad place to load, for 7 hours I have been standing at the door, no one says when they will finish loading me. The security are very angry people, they talk to you very rudely, they dont talk about anything. The worst place !!!!

We arrived at 1112 am for a 1130 am appointment. They finished loading us at 121 pm and were out the gate by 139 pm. No issues or problems with the gate guard or the staff in the dock office.

I started my 11 th year driving in DEC. I’m an independent O/O. It’s rare that I’ve encountered the rudeness and lack of professionalism that I encountered at the guard shack. If you hate your job, get another one.

Slow is an understatement. Appointment at 9:30 p.m., I checked in at the guard shack at 8:17 p.m. Once i checked in at office, they said my appointment was at 10:30 p.m., which is a lie. Finally, got a door at 1:00 a.m and its 8:50 a.m and Im still here in that same door.

It was supposed to be a drop and hook and ready anytime after 01:00am till a window of 15:00. I got here at 10:15 and was told the trailer was in a door but not done yet. 4 hours later and Im still waiting and I dont think theyve even started on it yet. I havent seen or heard it move yet (they dont let you hook up to the trailer only sit in front of it) *update* finally got out of there after 7 hours! F this place!

Checked in ok because I made sure I had a good clean trailer. Immediately got a dockassignment and thats where it went downhill. There was only 3 ahead of me but I have been waiting well over 2.5 hours with no indication of completion. No respect for drivers time. There are far too many like this!!!!!

Got here at 0940 for a 1030 appt was loaded by 1210. No issues WARNING if youre picking up here this is food grade product, requires a near perfect trailer. No oil on trailer floor must be very clean!

Everyone was nice and friendly, but it took 5 hours to get loaded.Make sure you come in with a clean trailer. Theyll have you slide your tandems back at the gate and when they assign you a dock door, youll leave your doors closed and drop your trailer. When you pull your trailer from the dock itll be closed and sealed; then you go to door 43 and get your bills.They do appear to have an issue with parking on site. They messed up my clock pretty bad so I had to do an 8/2 split before getting back on the road. The yard dog knocked on my cab and seemed like he wanted to tell me to leave. I explained that my time got messed up and needed 2 more hours in the sleeper berth before I was going anywhere. He reluctantly agreed. Not that it mattered because my truck wasnt moving for 2 hours unless they wanted to pay for a tow.Theyd get more stars if anyone moved or worked with a sense of urgency. And you dont hold a guy in a door for 5 hours and then expect him to leave the property.Hit that like button if you found my review helpful.

Terrible place.On time for appt but here I am 6 hours later not done and no end in sight.Whatever reason they may have for taking this long is just a lie and disgusting and unprofessional.I’ve been inside to ask how much longer, they don’t know.Forklift drivers just sitting and talking.Everything people say about this place is true.I feel sorry for anyone who comes here.

Make sure you have a clean trailer before you go in

About 9 hours to get loaded. Trailer must be swept and in good condition, they inspect it before you get through the gate. There is a pull off area you can sweep it out but youll have to get back into what could be a long line when youre done. There is a broom there but it was broken when I got there. If youre heading to Woodland, CA, youll be waiting a long time to get off loaded as well. Choose your loads wisely.

I had an hour and a half load time (from the time of my scheduled appointment. Make sure to keep trailer doors closed when backing to the dock. They open them inside the facility.
