My visit was suppose to be to drop an empty trailer and leave, which normally would take about 15 minutes. But supposedly because my company and Ryder had some kind of confusion about the SCAC code it actually took an hour and a half to drop a trailer. Not sure who was to blame. Your trailer will have to be clean or swept out before dropping.

Worst place to load. Minimum 4 to 5 hours. Dont go to sleep. They wont wake you up

This place the worst in the world I never come again in my life I arrived late because they gave me the load 5:30 the pickup said by 4:00 pm it was not my fault they told me you can pick up it is 24 hours work with appointment if you arrive late get ready to sleep in this place people lie to you and it is quite late from 7:00 I checked in the door at 10:00 pm and it was 2:15 in the morning and the light was still in red a lack of respect and with an electronic book the road is dogs life
