Takes to long to load n rude when ask a question

I got there a day late due to truck repairs and they still took me in with no problems. Checked in at 530am and was in and out less then 45mins.

I miss my appointment time to this company because the shipper took to long loading and my logbook hours of service to drive were gone, now, Im seating at the truck stop waiting for a new appointment to unload. I just ruined my week here, far from home. I arrived yesterday they were open could place me in a unloading dock, get their product off my trailer to the floor but didnt.

Nice people but you about need a 4x4 to get back there
