Took vintage heirloom napkins to be cleaned and 2 out of 12 of them were lost/never returned. 2 months later I was never contacted about replacement. Called daily for over 1 week and was told someone would call me each day and never did. Will NEVER take any items to be cleaned here let alone fine linens. Do not take anything here you would ever like returned to you.

Ruined shirt, stained pants on two different occasions (I’m the fool for going there twice). Would not recommend to anyone. Nice owner, tried to help me out with the issue - but the issue never should have happened in the first place.

Terrible customer service. They lost a pair of expensive khaki pants and said they would call me back to let me know what the status was. Never called back. That was 2 months ago. I’ve called several times and get the run around every time. Very unprofessional. I paid ahead of time to have pants cleaned and expect to at least be reimbursed.. to big of an operation they send everything from several locations to a plant and apparently lose everything.

I have a pair of white levis that has been there since 1-22-2018 they was brand new the lady took the tags off her self. When I went to pick them up they had brown,blue and yellow marks on them and the manager Ted said he could give me a 15.00 store credit for them but said why I need that am a unsatisfied person and am not coming back. I paid 58.00 for them. Do anyone have suggestion of what I need to do
