Their so called physical address is a PO box, they lied to me. After paying them $750 for a unique physical address, they sent me a business licence with a PO box address that I cant use for my operations. I asked for refund and they didnt agree to a full refund. I disputed the transaction with my bank. Will keep you posted on the outcome.

I was looking into purchasing their registered agent, LLC services, etc. (which would be a recurring payment for them), but when I called, the lady was rude and condescending. It was kind of like a Dont know- Dont care kind of attitude. Their website says quote: Feel free to call us with any Wyoming business questions! You would think theyd know the ins, the outs, and the whys... but they appeared to have no idea why theyre even providing this service in the first place, which makes it seem to me that they are just pushing papers for cash.I was seriously considering their services, but the way the lady was speaking to me made me uncomfortable. I couldnt stand being on the phone with her for another second. So, I just gave up. I called another company who had a representative that was educated enough to answer my questions, and was much more professional and courteous.Advice to the company: Its okay if you dont know the answer to something.... just say I dont know., or if you actually care to help your customers, ask a boss or colleague .... Not that big of a deal. Just dont berate a potential long-term customer for asking a question that happens to be difficult for you.
