From picking out the slab to installation the job took 4 months. Also, Zimmer initiated very little communication throughout these 4 months. During installation several walls were damaged, the backsplash seams are not ideal, the grain pattern is not always cohesive, and we actually have to redo some.of the silicone that was done.

Zimmer marble did an amazing job from start to finish of the installation of our Purple Dunas granite in our kitchen and master bath of our newly constructed log home. Everyone was so helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for granite fabrication and installation services. 🧡

We started our shopping for an island countertop and this is where we stopped, no need to go elsewhere. From first contact with Joe via the phone and after 20 minutes of conversation we were impressed and excited about getting into this project. Our first, second and third visits to Zimmer were great. Contact with Michelle, Peter, Martin and Alex was time well spent, informative and yes fun. We were remodeling our first floor bath on a budget, and were looking to box stores for a decent vanity top. On a whim, we decided to compare pricing with a custom installation. Zimmer came out to measure the next day, gave a huge choice of remnant marble, quartz, and granite, and with installation, still was able to work within our DIY budget.These guys rock!(no pun intended)

We had a great experience with Zimmer Marble in remodeling our kitchen countertops. I called on a Saturday to see if they were open, and the owner answered and said that they were closed but if we wanted to stop by he would talk to us. He spend 1 1/2 hours talking to us about the different types of stone and walking us around to look at samples (when they were technically closed). We received a quote within the next few days which was very competitive not only compared to other custom shops but even with the Big-box stores. At that point, we were very impressed by what we had seen and decided to go with them. The procedure from that point forward was explained in great detail. We knew exactly what to expect (price, procedures, timelines, etc). Everything turned out great and we are very happy with our granite countertops. We will definitely use them for any future projects.

My project was a small DIY fireplace hearth and I couldnt have asked for better service and product. Peter, Karen, and everyone I dealt with were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The equinox quartz looks great!

I have to say that I had the most amazing experience working with this company. We initially had them do a small job for a vanity top in our bathroom and we were so pleased that we had them do the granite in our new kitchen and even had them do a granite countertop for our mother-in-law. Joan from Zimmer marble was amazing to work with and she really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and everyone we interact with was very accommodating. They will work with whatever budget you have and you will receive an amazing quality product in the end. Could not more highly recommend.

Sales personnel and owner have been so accommodating and informative in helping us to make our decisions in the remodeling of our kitchen.

Wow. So disappointing. Initial experience was great. Quickly found the quartz I wanted to use, got an acceptable price and agreement. We went downhill from there.Agreement in place, then, surprise, I had to take the old countertop off. Not something that was mentioned while we formed our agreement. Then, unlike other countertop companies, we find that I have to bring the sinks and the cooktop to Zimmer, rather than Zimmer measuring the inserts in the existing countertop. This meant that I had to load the cast iron sink and the porcelain lavatory in the car and lug it to them. They brought them back when they brought the countertops the next day, both were damaged. Countertops installed, but for some reason the backsplash had to be installed separately the next day. Oh, yeah they dont caulk those backsplashes in place, I have to do that. The seam in the countertop is not flush, but there is nothing they will do about that.Then we tried to reinstall the cooktop and sink. They had cut the insert for the cook top in the wrong place, too far forward, so the cooktop would not fit over the oven. They came back out to cut the opening so we could put in the cooktop, muttering about how they would normally charge me for this extra trip. (The trip to fix the improperly cut insert) They left, and the cook top now fits, but sits at an angle in the countertop. It is also not centered over the oven below, being about 1/2 off center. The quality control manager who showed up to address my complaint only reluctantly agreed that the angle of installation was a problem after significant resistance.The sink is installed so far back in the counter that they couldnt properly install the backsplash and we were barely able to fit the sink into the opening.Very disappointing. I was hoping to be able to recommend Zimmer to my clients. Unfortunately I cant.
