The lady who cut my hair barely talked to me the whole time seemed like she was in a rush missed a bunch of my hair and was kinda unpleasant however my friend got a cut too and his looked good and his barber was truly nice and pleasant to deal with she is the only reason for the three stars and she didnt even cut my hair if you are looking for a good cut and to feel valued id probably go else where especially for there prices

This review is not based on the quality of the cut, but rather the price. Im a simple dude with normal hair. Nothing special at all. $24 for haircut that took at most 10 minutes. Im a physician and thats more than I would bill for 10 minutes.

We had Lana Kay cut my 3 year old sons hair. He has been terrified to get his hair cuts and the last two experiences were very embarrassing for me and I’m sure torture for the stylists. Lana was so wonderful with my son, he didn’t cry or get scared once. She talked to him, kept him occupied and went at his pace. I was so impressed with her kindness with him that I cried a couple of times during 🤣.

I went to MasterCuts two times recently and wish I could give these people a 0 for customer service. Mind you, I have NEVER written an online review, good or bad. The fact that I am taking the time to write this must mean something.I went to the salon on Dec 27, 2017 and requested a stylist by the name of Jennifer to cut my hair. As I put in my request, she made eye contact with me and still proceeded to ask another stylist to cut her hair in the middle of the work day. I was told to wait 30 minutes but when another gentleman and his two young sons came in, they were taken care of immediately. Does that sound a little discriminatory to anyone else? I was also charged $6.25 for a blow dry and was not informed prior that there is a charge for a blow dry. Whenever I have gone to MasterCuts in the past, I have never been charged for a blow dry unless it accompanied a style. Mine did not. I just asked her to dry it a little so that I do not walk out with soaking wet hair.I also bought a nail polish that day for $10.50 and went to return it on January 1st with my receipt. As I walked in, Jennifer was at the front and did not look up to acknowledge that I walked into the salon. I told her that I needed to return something and she looked at me with this shocked look as if she has never processed a return in her life! She then proceeded to tell me that this nail polish was a clearance item when there was never any signage or marketing indicating this was the case. She told me that my receipt says that clearance sales are final. I decided not to argue with her but told her that I should have been informed that this was a clearance item. Apparently, she was not happy with my comment as she pouted and hit the keyboard like a petulant child.I called and left a detailed voicemail to MasterCuts explaining my frustrations. The next day, I was surprised that this same stylist called me instead of the Store Manager. I told her that I did not want to engage in a verbal battle with her especially because she did not resolve the situation the first time. She responded very rudely by saying well, THATS THAT! She also told me that whomever listened to my voicemail DELETED IT. Are you serious!? So, I call and take the time to explain my experience and dissatisfaction and they respond by erasing my voicemail. What a joke!Whats funny is that I called THE CORPORATE OFFICE TWICE AND SPOKE TO TWO CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSOCIATES. The first associate told me that he would have the DISTRICT MANAGER CONTACT ME. The second associate explained that she would escalate the matter to the REGIONAL MANAGER. I have yet to get a call from anyone. This salon falls SERIOUSLY BELOW an acceptable standard of service and I would never recommend their services to anyone that I know. Their associates are poorly trained in customer service. They need to diversify their staff and provide diversity and inclusion training. Now, I understand their high turnover rates and why I see new faces every few months.Great job, MasterCuts! You lost a good customer!

Wanna mess up your hair more then it is. Maybe get layers in your head that people can see a mile away? Then maybe this place is for you. I went and got my girlfriends hair cut there, mind you we dont have much money do this was a luxury for her. She wanted her hair short on one side and long on the other. Umm she left with it only half done and we also asked for razor layers not one straight across cut in the back. So we had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Mind you the other place didnt do too well either but now she has a very decent looking haircut. I will never go here again. I will be contacting management about a full refund as well. I probably could have done better at cutting her hair with my 6 months of cosmetology experience compared to there years.

We will never go here again. We have taken my son in every 6 weeks l, sometimes longer, for a few years and they have never messed his hair up this bad. He specifically told Bethany to leave the length on the top of his hair but no, she BUTCHERED it. Then she asked him how old he was and what school he went to, he told her 12, high IS hi age, he turns 13 in 2 months, and decided she was going to try to charge us for an adult cut knowing 12 year olds are under the Kid’s cut price. So we called her on that and I had received a coupon in my email do $3 off, she then said it didn’t apply to Kid’s cuts. Then another RUDE employee stepped in and said the same and I told them that I use them all of the time because I get them very time it is time for him to get a new cut and they said no. Then my husband pointed out that it said ANY HAIRCUT and they argued that too. They said if they scan it wouldn’t work and they couldn’t do anything bout that. We said ok, scan it. Guess what? It worked!!! Other than that there was a discount code on the coupon they could have punched in if it didn’t scan. This is the FIRST time we didn’t tip the stylist. They were both very rude.

I had my hair colored twice and I am Verry disappointed. Both times they had to recolor and made it look even worse $192 down the drain. I will never go there again..

I went in for a wash cut and set, went into great detail what i wanted, but got a bad cut and the set, looked better before i went in. Lady was rude said well if you dont like it you dont have to pay. Now i have to find someone to straighten the cut up also.
