Great reference to some one who could help me

When I first arrived, the service was great. I asked for a silk press and my ends clipped. The style I received was nothing resembling a silk press for my natural hair. It just looked like someone had flat ironed my hair with no shine, silky feeling, or flowing texture. My hair was cut even though I didn’t ask for it to be cut besides my ends and I was left with a choppy/ uneven look. Overall I was unsatisfied and only refunded for a cut I didn’t ask for from the start.

They had barbers from out of town in to help due to Covid shortage they were experienced friendly and did an excellent job on.my haircut

They messed up my hair so bad. I had to attend interview that day. They didnt even apologized. I had to go another barber shop to fix it. If any you ia planning for haircut, please dont go this shop. You are going to regret

When I got my haircut here the lady asked me what i wanted and as I told her she was on her phone. She did the opposite of what I wanted, I have anxiety so i just paid the 20$+ and left. It was quite irrtitating and emotionally exhausting having to look at a crooked and messed up haircut to the point of considering shaving my whole head.

I walked in with my two toddlers to get my son a trim. Upon entering the lady was cutting someone else’s hair and said abruptly “It’s gonna be a while!” To which I replied “That’s ok. He really needs it. He can’t see anything.” To which she sighed and said “Well is he gonna sit in the chair by himself?” And I say “Normally he does like me to hold him since he is autistic but I’m sure he will try since the Covid rules” and she says “Aw nah we can’t do that. He has to be able to do it on his own.” And I said “Yes. Well we can try” and she says “No ma’am we need to be sure he can do it I’m sorry.” So I guess she just didn’t wanna do it. But that’s ok. We won’t come back.

If you’re going natural, this is the best place to get a nice quality haircut. Your natural hair will flourish over time.

Ive been going here for almost a year now and am happy to say that I have found a permanent place to get my haircut. Chasity is the only person who has cut my hair the proper way for years. She was very attentive to my explanation of how I wanted my hair cut and gets it perfect every time. It took a long time and a lot of bad cuts to find someone who can cut my difficult hair type. She has been a blessing and given me the confidence of having a great haircut in public. Thank you so much for the great cuts!!!

They opened at 8am. I went to the door at 8am and the lights were still off, but a lady was inside and she just looked at me and looked off. I left and said well Ill give them a couple more minutes. Maybe they need a little time. The lights finally cut on and I get out the car again. I walk in I speak and i get you can sign in . I brush it off maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I will never go back here again. I even tried talking she made a fake smirk and kept cutting.

I am a frequent customer of this location and I am always pleased when Shamaya cuts my hair. She gets it spot on every time and her professionalism is the best that Ive seen so far. I highly recommend Shamaya as a stylist when you visit here.

One of the best haircut I have ever went in Mississippi. I literally travelled 200 miles to get a haircut. I personally recommend this place.

I came in on January 31st and my consultant was named Shamaya. I am natural but I wanted a short cut for convenience. I had a lot of concerns about cutting my hair short, as a matter of fact, this was my second visit because I chickened out the first time I came in for service. I wish that I had followed my first mind because Shamaya completely gave me the worst haircut I have ever had in my ENTIRE life. It was so terrible that the only thing I could do was put a wig on and just wait for my hair to grow out so that it could be corrected. I am not a confrontational person so I was reluctant to write a review or express my dissatisfaction to her in person. However, after talking with a co-worker about my experience and finding out this same stylist did the same thing to her, I felt obligated to write this review so that no one else will make the mistake of entrusting this stylist with any major hair cuts. I also feel that the other stylist in Supercuts have an obligation to ensure that every customer is treated with dignity, respect, and provided the best service possible. Shame on them all for allowing this stylist to perform such horrible services in their presence. Shame on Supercuts for allowing this to go on in their facility. My hair had bald patches and was so uneven that it couldnt be corrected and I just had to put a wig on. I was devastated and embarrassed. Terrible service. If they wont tell you then I will. Dont go to Shamaya!

I have not used this location yet and I am a little leery. I am here visiting family and need a cut. But the canned responses given by the owner to those who had a not too great of experience, when a response was given, does not, in my estimation, show much give a care about the unhappy patrons.

Good experience for my simple trim request. Everything was fine, then I got back in my car. Did a little “what’s up?” to myself in the mirror and saw my sideburns. One sideburn was my own. The other sideburn belonged on someone else. You’d find me cutting my own hair in my car that day outside of a Supercuts. She was nice though. Not a big deal. It’s just a haircut. And this is just a review.Seeing a place for a photo down here makes me realize I didn’t take a picture of my frigged up sideburns.

Only had one negative experience out of six. And mostly because my son didnt explain the haircut he wanted very well. We love Chasity, and will come back to her over and over again.

Everyone does great fades, usually a minimum wait time, the price cant be beat, and with the new program every 10th cut is free. Great place!

I started going to Supercuts maybe 5 years ago. A lady named Jennifer was there and she always did exactly what I asked. After she left, a girl named Tameka would do it and she was really good. She had natural hair which was great because I have long natural hair. I was told yesterday, April 21, she had left a couple of years ago. That made since because the last time I was there, another lady did it and that was 2015. I dont get my ends trimmed regularly due to me being natural so when I was there yesterday, I told her to cut as much as she needed. First, I dont think the black lady wanted to deal with my natural hair since she openly discussed with her client that she doesnt recommend people going natural. Anyway, the short, white lady with a maroon Bob cut my hair. Most people dont cut hair going straight across and thats it! Im used to them grabbing sections and lifting those sections and trimming. My hair was straight and very easy to manage. My name is on the sign in book for April 21 and I wish I could post a pic today April 22 so yall can see my ends which still looks like I need another inch cut! I told her to cut as much as needed! When I looked at it, I was so disgusted, I just wanted to leave. Definitely, didnt want her or the other lady to touch my hair again! Never going back so the black lady who doesnt like natural hair doesnt have to worry about this hair and the other ladys dont either! WHERES JENNIFER!?!?!?

For me it happens to be the best place i have been able to find. i went to other places where they usually charge $20+ and i always end up dissatisfied. for a guy haircut they charged me 15$ and the haircut was not bad.

I have a cool short cut that they do a GREAT JOB at...tell them EXACTLY what you want and youll get it!

It is well known that supercuts is not the best place to get a haircut. But this specific location is by far the worst. Staff have no clue on how to do the job; they should do something different for living, because it is clear that they cant perform a good simple hair cut. The worst experience for customers. Zero rating if possible.

If there was a zero start option, that would be my rating. This isnt the Supercut brand that Im use to. This place will relax, color, and curl your hair which means customers that are just looking for a hair cut will wait a very long time. The waiting chairs are old and worn and the salon chairs lean forward making it difficult to sit in for service. This place needs a total makeover in service and appearance.

I used to love supercuts but my last experience was the worse. I went in to get my ends clipped but i noticed that she cut one side of my hair wrong. One side of my hair is way longer than the other side. Now i have to get my hair cut super short just so it will be even. Im highly disappointed!!! I will never come back to supercutz and Im telling everyone about my bad experience. Supercuts should try getting more experienced beauticians -Lola

To be honest I might as well have gotten my head shaved with the cut I received here. There was no skill or time invested into my cut and the stylist clearly did not care.
