Ive had nothing but excellent service from this place! It is small and can get a little busy, so its best to call ahead and ask for a good time to bring your car in. They do have a nice little waiting room and a unisex bathroom if you need to wait for a ride, and even though the waiting room is small its well lit, clean, and nicely furnished.My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for around 10 years and have been satisfied with the quality and punctuality of the service theyve provided.

I treated with rudeness and incompetence. My car was “fixed” and yet it died almost immediately when I left. I couldn’t even make t 2 miles down the road. I had to take it back and the same thing happened AGAIN. They kept adding more diagnosis and building up a lot of charges. They really took advantage of me. I should have involved a lawyer. DO NOT GO HERE!

I’ve been taking my car to Your Auto for a few years now and they are amazing! Michelle and Carl are great and everything is reasonably priced.

We have been taking all our vehicles to Michelle for years. I know i can trust them completely. They are usually busy, but that should tell you something. They are always honest, fair and fast!! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

If youre looking for customer service this is NOT the place to go. Office lady, which is also the owner, is extremely rude. Just because you had staff call in to work doesnt give you the right to treat customers like trash. There are plenty of other auto shops that would be happy to service you, stay clear of this place though

I would not recommend this place to anyone just because of the rude lady - who is the owner - who answered the phone when I called to ask about servicing my vehicle. She was so rude and announced she was the owner and can do whatever she wanted. Ive never been treated so badly from a business owner before. I would not take my vehicle here if it was the only place in town nor would I ever recommend them to another soul.

Nothing but excellent service. Most of my family goes here and we always get out vehicles done in a timely manor and its fixed right the first time. These are very honest people and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

270 bucks for front brake pads on a cobalt.. folks that’s pads only!! don’t waste your time and charged me 50 bucks for the inspection to get my car back from them after i told them they were crazy and wasn’t paying that much for front pads

Wouldnt go here if it was the only car shop in a 100 miles. Was stranded in the parking lot of your auto service The OWNER of the shop literally comes out and says Were busy we cant help you! before we could even say anything! Horrible experience. Wouldnt give the owner a penny I found on the ground.

Crooked mechanic. I was a couple of hundred miles from home and I had a caliper sticking which needed to be replaced. The mechanic replaced it along with replacing the brake pad. Didn’t need to replace the rotor which should have needed replacing from the high heat created. Drove it off the lot and the caliper was still sticking. Took it back and he now tells me the other caliper is sticking. Never heard of both calipers going at the same time. Got a bad feeling so I then had it towed over 200 miles to my mechanic and he tells me that the wrong caliper was replaced. He showed me how everything was discolored on the bad side from the high heat and how the side that was replaced showed no signs of high heat from a caliper sticking. I called Your Auto to give him a chance to make things right and he would not admit or accept the fact that he changed the wrong side. Out over $300. Will never use or recommend him.

Called to get a price, but before i could tell them for what the rude lady said they dont do quotes over the phone because it was her choice not to.. i will never think of them next time i need repairs done.. She needs a course in customer service..

Vehicle is not done timely because of lack of employees and the older lady that sits in the office is so rude to everyone she needs to get a different job
