Terrible return experience. He needs to hire the lady back that used to answer the phone.. i went dont their twice to get serviced because they either dont answer the phone or the owner is too busy to come.. or too cheap to have a service writer...either way.. it was the unprofessional and total disregard from the OWNER Chris!!! Not a mechanic. Or thr lady answering the phone.. I waited all day just to have yo catch a ride to be told he too busy and charles down the street fix cars.. i advise yall try charles 1st ... he may have more professional business ethic

The mechanic is with great knowledge and does not mind explaining repair process. The office manager was very helpful especially when it comes to paperwork for the extended warranty!

Worked on my car on more than one occasion. Ive never has an issue with whatever repairs I needed. Definitely a return customer.
