Awful Awful!! I requested a diagnostic test and they did not complete one; therefore, I paid for something that WAS NOT CAUSING THE PROBLEM! A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. THE cashier was rude and did not want to listen. It wasnt until afterwards did he test drive my car! I waited 5 hours for them to tell me what they could have did in 30 min. Overall, I took my car to another mechanic and he discovered i needed brake pads/rotors as well.How was that NOT in my car report?? GATEWAY DID NOTHING- OR NO DIAGNOSTIC AND THEIR NEGLIGENCE COULD HAVE CAUSED ME OR SOMEONE ELSE TO GET HURT!! GATEWAY DID NOT BOTHER TO EVEN TAKE MY TIRES OFF BC THE ZIP TIES WERE STILL ON MY HUBCAP! SHAMEFUL BUSINESS... DONT GO OR SEND YOUR CAR. NEVER DID A DIAGNOSTIC ON MY CAR AND THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....SAFETY STILL DOES MATTER!! LYNCH ST. LOCATION

Was driving from LR, AR to Mobile, AL when I had a low tire warning come on just outside of Yazoo City. I stopped and added air, but pressure kept dropping. I stopped here and Lawrence took excellent care in getting the nail out and getting me back on the road in no time. These were brand new tires that I purchased before I left town (just so I wouldn’t have to worry, sigh). Thank you Lawrence!! I highly recommend this tire store!

I went in to get a new set of tires and spoke with Lawrence. He definitely knows what customer service is all about. He genuinely cared about helping me choose the right tires for my truck and at a great price. I will definitely be purchasing all of my tires from Gateway Tire in the future.

They are by far the rudest and unpleasant workers Ive ever dealt with. They had a very poor attitude. I will never go there again. Also, they dont wear mask and very sexist nasty mouth pigs.

Poor customer service I took my SUV in twice now to get a flat tire repaired and a tire rotation the first time one of the tires was not repaired and the tires was not rotated this time one of the tires was repaired but still no tire rotation was done I will never use gateway for new tires again next time I need new tires I will use Walmart

Gateway gave HONEST feedback on the vehicle! The parts arrived as quoted. They only specified the needed services and did not try to recommend extra, unnecessary repairs. They were clear stating what I needed and did not need. Its refreshing to go to a car repair place where the people dont try to get over or bamboozle, especially women. My aunt spoke highly of them as well! Very pleased!!!

I would definitely call before I come next time. Seems like the only guy that changes oil went to lunch. It was over a 2 1/2 hour wait before my car went to the back.

The guy they have working today must not want to be at work today. I need 2 new tires but Im only getting one because of the price. We have gotten tires here before and it wasnt as expensive. I guess because Im female they taking advantage. I will send my husband next time. Geez

Every time I come in for service, the staff is very friendly and the service is superb, and everything is done in a very timely manner. And, I would like to say, special thanks to Mr. Mickey, who is always so very kind, his customer service is extraordinary and he always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure every experience is an excellent one.

Adequate, but slow. Prices tend to fluctuate depending on who you speak to. But, quality of products are good, and warranty good. Sales associate knowable.

The quality of service was great but I advise anyone to make sure you have the time to wait if you are not leaving the vehicle 🤗

I picked them because their customer service on the phone was excellent.

I went to get a front end alignment on my Toyota Camry at 8:30 a.m. I called before coming and they stated they only had two vehicles. I did not leave until 12:00. This establishment is not as fast as the reviewers said they are. I half my day off waiting for a simple front end alignment. Not a very happy customer.

My first time using the service was great which is why I went back a second time but my experience the second time was horrible. I called a day in advance for a tire, got there when they told me to come & the tire wasn’t even there. Was told to come back the next day, got there & the tire still wasn’t ready. Just overall a bad experience & lost me as a customer for the way they handled the situation.

I purchase my grandson a tire in Nov. last year he brought it back because the tire was wore after 6 months.Your rotten sales just because he sit behind a desk does not know how to talk to people if you are not a people person you should not have accepted the job that you have a little authority sometimes goes to your head because he had forgot the phone number the tire I purchase for him in my account you did not have to treat him like I had bought it from someone on the street from someone hey if you do not have customer service skills you are in the wrong business talk to people the way you would want someone to talk to you.
