I didnt like the extra cost to run a pressure test to identify my coolant flow issue without deducting the cost from them doing the repair. They allow you to tell them exactly what you want repaired although you are not a mechanic. However they provided friendly, prompt service.

Took my Hond CRV Tuesday to get a oil change,later that day someone told me I had oil leaking,end up it towed,they broke my seal and didn’t tell me or fix it!!!

Oil Change/ Great StaffI have recently been going here for 2-3 years now to get my oil changed. They do a very good job, and they also know their material very well. They are very well-spoken people and know how to handle the job when they are really busy. Costumer service is ALWAYS great!! The staff members are always smiling. They are very convenient, because they are even opened on Saturdays. Very friendly, fast service, and a great waiting room (with snack and drink machine). The best part is when you go get something done to your vehicle, they even vacuum it out for you when they are done.

Staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people. Ive been going here for years and theyve never done me wrong.

I was not satisfied with the service. I will not be returning back. Always trying to find a reason not to change your oil..I dont know if there tampering with you car to have you go next door to spend extra money. Please pay close attention to staff when they up under the hood of your car..Its a thumbs down for me..

As usual I come to get air in my tire before going to work. About 20 minutes ago I pull up to the station on the right, no other customer there. The little short guy walked out saw me, my window was down, he didnt come to me or say anything. Im sitting there then another car pulls up he tells to pull in the first station, shes getting an expectation or something. He proceeds to work on her vehicle, Im still sitting waiting. I only needed some air in one tire so I could get to work on time. I was actually scheduled to get new tires from here on Saturday but baby believe me Im going somewhere else.

They are super quick. Im not used to quick service. I had to double check and make sure everything was actually done and it was.

Long wait, when I was the second car dont go they fudge your car up had to go back again because they didnt do my break drums right. Terrible, 3hours wait poor customer service

Car Care Clinic has been very helpful with the purchase of a used car. Gary Britt was kind enough to look at the car before purchasing to make sure it was in good shape. He said all that was needed were tires. He also offered to order tires for my car.After I purchased my car, I contacted Gary and he ordered tires and tires were placed on my car the same day. As always I receive excellent service.Thank you again for always helping me out.

My wife sent our young daughter by this place and they didn’t tell her about their Diag fee, she never signed for any work to be done and they never put car ona rack before telling her she would need to pay $979.90 for Brake job and brake switch. When I called Gary the manager he said let him look at the ticket. He came back with a lower amount. However my daughter didn’t think it was right so she paid the diagnosis fee of $89.85. Please do not use these crooks that would do a young person this way!!

We had a tire blowout on our way to Memphis on New Year’s Eve. We stopped here and they didn’t have a tire that would fit so they gave us a used tire that was slightly the wrong size just to get us home and didn’t charge us a thing. Very polite and kind people and they were committed to getting us back on the road even though it was 30 minutes before closing on a holiday. Thank you!

I went to get an oil change and when they were done my oil light came on stating oil pressure low and they said i couldnt drive it. they said they were not responsible. I would not recommend this place to anyone the mechanics are hired off the street. I have heard several other incidents here. Please let this be your option

Excellent work. Had my AC system repaired and the serviceman was patient answering my questions and not talking over my head with technical jargon. I appreciated his consideration of my lack of mechanical knowledge.

Called in to ask if they will Mount and Balance the tires for me. After I introduced myself, they denied me service simply because I own automotive dealership. Owner of the business claims to dislike the auto dealers and do not wish to provide them service. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION why does it matter where the business comes from as long as he gets paid what he is asking. He also goes on saying that HE OWNS BUSINESS AND HAVE RIGHT TO DENY BUSINESS WHOMEVER HE WANTS. That is ridiculous !!! Didnt expect such words from anyone.

The people at the car care clinic have been a true blessing to me and my family. I have save hundreds of dollars. They are reasonable, polite, and fast. I recommend them to anyone.

They initially messed my oil change up, whoever changed my oil left out the filter and didnt put the drain plug back in. All of the oil leaked out and nobody realized. My car could have been messed up...I had to have it towed back to car care clinic and wait until the next day when they opened up tell them what has happened. They fixed the problems and gave me a free oil change but they need to be more careful and check behind them selves.

I do not like the way that the female clerks address me as love, sweety, honey or baby and I have told them so. I am a grown man and find this to be very disrespectful. A man is to be addressed as sir. A woman should be addressed as maam or madam.One addressed me in this manner at the Metro Center Oil and Lube today. She is a very patite blonde haired, young, caucasian woman with lots of freckles on her hands and arms. When I brought it to her attention, instead of apologizing, she became loud and belligerant. She should be fired. Accross the way, at the Metro Care Care repair shop, about a month ago, the female white clerk working there, called me sweetie. She is a heavy-set woman who is also blond. I also told her that I preferred not to be addressed in that way. She did not apologize but at least she did not become belligerant.This type of unprofessional, trailer-park way of greeting people is unacceptable in todays society. Particularly when it comes to addressing Black People. Someone could get the impression that they are doing this because they feel that they are superior in some way and can address a black man or people in general, anyway that they want. I have noticed that, most of the time, they will address a woman in a different way from the way thay they address a man, though not neccessarily.This type of language can, not only be construed as prenudiced-speak, but also sexual harassment. This practice of calling people baby-names has to stop. This is for sure, not the way to address adults. I, for one, have never addressed people in this manner.
