When I got the the dealer they try to put me in a vehicle I didnt want so I told them what type of down payment I had they show me another vehicle so I said ok for the amount of down payment but when came to signing the contract they come talking about paying a deferred payment of 250 every two weeks for another 1200 for down payment and that wasnt discussed with me so all Im say people be aware before signing or in my opinion just dont deal with them

It’s a good place in all but I don’t know what credit engine they use but if you there to help a customer get a vehicle why call them say HEY MAN YOUR APPROVED just bring this or that then you waste time waiting on a person that was supposed to be there and meet with you and all that time waiting on a approval that you thought was over the phone…then say no we can’t approve you…but I can go to Ford, Mazda of Jackson,any other major dealership and still get approve and I believe that’s sad well your lost another company gain thanks Mazda of Jackson for my new vehicle and I was APPROVED got the car I wanted and not what I needed

Well I’m having to change my review now. My initial experience was fine, but now things have changed drastically. I called Pearl to set up an appointment to redeem one of my free oil changes last week and I was told I should contact the Jackson location for oil changes (no reason given). So I called Jackson to see if I could schedule an oil change and was told “I don’t think we’re servicing vehicles today.” So I asked when a good time would be and was just told to call back another day. Very disappointed in the service now. I work Mon - Fri from 8-6 so it’s very difficult for me to try to redeem my free oil changes and I just happened to get a day off work but nobody was willing to help me.

Call me telling me to come in I’ve been approved they had great news about my application I get there wait an hour plus for them to tell me sorry we can’t do anything for you. Wasted my time what’s the point in that

Worst experience going to get my oil change. You know when you purchase a car fromthem, they give you 5 free oil changes and I’m aware of that! But they also give you a key holder to keep with your(free) oil changes with punctured holes to let you know when you’re times up! Why does my mind have 2 slots still open ??and NO ONE told me that when I went in for my appointment. So I feel very blindsided . And when I told them my concerns they didn’t care 🙅🏾‍♀️But it’s cool poor experience

I just recently been a little annoyed with the service department. As far as in inconvenience.. And then they dont do loner cars anymore, and its just hard to predict your day when you drop your vehicle off. Cause a simple oil.change can turn into two days of them keeping your car, and not really telling you everything at first, and never having the right parts at the right time. Ion know, Im just a lil frustrated. Cause ive been with them so long, you would think things would get better after time. But its not.

Jd byrider is a good company the will help get you into a car. Most of there cars are usually over priced for what u get. If you really need something to help boost your credit and to get you from point A to point B they will be helpful. As far as the service department they could use better help with. The service department will work on your vehicle but I mite have to wait before they even have time and then you will most likely have to be able to drop off your car and be able to come back and get it. Customer service for byrider is great very friendly people. Jus the service department is usually to backed up to help you. The will schedule and appointment but dont expect to have your car back in the same day. Cause they do have alot of other people scheduled as well.

This place has to be the best example of customer service there is. They literally fit everything around what you can do...from down payments/monthly payments to the car itself. No pressure when using JD Byrider when looking for a vehicle. And the fact that they report to the credit bureau every 30 days VS other lots only reporting when you pay for the vehicle in full is a major plus . At the I55 location Ms Sherry is the best salesman hands down!! Not to say the others are not good but this lady was born to do this! Met with Eugene S. When I say he was awesome, I mean it. He walked me thru every point of the process, made great conversation. But even more, he made sure I was completely taken care of. Had a snafu with the car before I left...he and the mechanic made sure everything was fixed AND MORE!!!! Ive heard bad reviews about J.D Byrider as a company, but Eugene proved those wrong! Will definitely recommend him and J.D. Byrider to anyone that needs a car.

This is not a good place to get a car. I have a car from them. My first and last car note. There were no break pads on the car they gave me. When you pay with a card, they save it without your permission and will run it without your permission. They are unprofessional crooks. PLEASE BE AWARE. Most people who come here are in need of a car to get to and from work, school, etc. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with them. No matter what they say......THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY CARE ABOUT THE SELL!! Go somewhere else

RIDICULOUS!! I tried to make multiple payment arrangements for the past few weeks and they always say they dont see it until either my husband or I call or come by very upset.The two front desk clerks are RUDE.They constantly call and bother you over things that SHOULD BE in the system and catch major attitudes when we tell them that we talked to the manager, Greg, already. We will NEVER shop with JD Byrider again!
