I took my truck in due to a horrible front end clunking sound and obvious problem with brakes. It was the only shop that said they could look at it right away. I figured while it was in, I would also have an oil change (I provided oil and filter), engine tune up and tire rotation. After taking it in, it sat in their yard for 3 days. I inquired when it would be ready and they said they would pull it in the shop the following day to have a look. They did and called me to tell me they couldnt find anything wrong with front/rear brakes and everything looked good underneath. After picking up my vehicle I saw they not only charged me for the oil/filter that I provided, they also spilled oil all over my passenger floorboard. After they cleaned it up, I was able to finally drive it away. The clunking and grinding noise was still there so apparently they never even took it for a test drive. I took it to another local auto repair shop and they found a broken caliper, ball joint needed replaced, control arm and tie rod end. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to these folks. I will not be going back.
