Unprofessional. Tim came to visit my fathers property in preparation for an appraisal of his estate. He showed up late, with the excuse that his dog was sick. Ok, things happen. It wasnt the biggest deal. After looking around the place, he sent me a contract to sign for services. I signed and returned the contract via email. After that, all contact ceased. No communications whatsoever. Id expect if Tim didnt want to take on the business, he would say so and not leave me hanging. I eventually went with another service.

Knowledgeable and entertaining auctioneer, nice facility for consignments. Tim moves quickly and efficiently through an auction. Courteous and efficient staff.

Always very fair for auctions and has a great reputation around town!
