I called them on Thursday about a dryer that was screeching. They came out the next day and did a fantastic job of installing correct parts to stop the noise. They then took the time to test the dryers overall function and found that I had a faulty heating element. They took the time to show me where the old one was broken. Both labor and cost on parts was very reasonable... I will definitely be calling them again!

He came over to repair my dishwasher, which ended up not making the noise while he was here. It turned out to be a bottle top that was stuck in the motor, which my husband I eventually figured out pulling it apart ourselves one night when it randomly started grinding again. Even though he never actually had the opportunity to work on the dishwasher, the repairman said that I could call back at any time if the sound returned. I was impressed by fast he came out (within 2 hours!), how he didnt charge for the visit because it seemed to have worked itself out, and how down to Earth he was as the situation played out. We would have called back but for the fact that we wanted to avoid taking another afternoon off for work, and my husband and I felt like rolling the dice ourselves before calling someone again. I will be calling the next time we need a repair for sure.

Im located in DFW area in Texas, My family still resides in Jackson area, my mother called me asking for some help with her dryer since it quit working on her. I took to the good old google search and found Butler Appliance and saw it had some good reviews. Told my mother about it and she called them.They came right out so quickly, figured out the problem to the dryer quit working and was in and out about 30 minutes. Very professional, nice, took their time and my mom bragged about how happy she was with their work as well. Its nice knowing we were able to find someone locally for my mom to call on repairs to be done honest and quick.Will be calling them from now on! Local business is way better than corporate in this case.

I called Butler’s Appliance Service this morning around 8:30- 9:00. I explained that our washing machine was making a terrible racket and sounded like it was coming apart. They arrived at the house around 11:00 and found that the pump in the washer was bad. It was repaired and they were gone around 12:15. They did a great job and were very polite. I highly recommend them for your appliance repair.
