1. All employees that I dealt with when dropping my car were not wearing masks. Completely unacceptable. Not a mask in sight. I had to arrange to pay over the phone and pick up after hours so that I wouldnt have to risk my health.2. They refused to honor a competitors rate on an oil change. I had the coupon and it would have been a nice gesture.

Extremely helpful staff. Very prompt with servicing my vehicle at the time of my appointment. I would recommend them to others and I will definitely be a return customer.

So, to preface this review: I drive a 2007 Saturn Vue Hybrid. Saturn stopped being a car company a decade ago, so parts, schematics, and just general info on my 13 year old car is difficult. Yet Bells always manages to not only find issues from when I drive uphill it makes a noise like...., they quote estimates that sound low even for a car still in production, and have never failed to come in below that estimate in the end. I gave them 5 stars three years ago for diagnosing a solenoid DTC code as an ECU error, and saving me a costly repair in the process. As of writing, theyve figured out the three root causes of a sporadic engine bay knocking and the car is running great. They can keep even an old car running.

Was satisfied with call back time and repair time. Jeff was up front about vehicle issues and got it running again without unnecessary work and cost, offered a veterans discount when asked. Will be returning.

Ive brought two different vehicles to Bells for NY state inspections and Ive found their service to be prompt and professional. One time I left the vehicle there (their preference), and one time I request to wait with the vehicle and they had the inspection done within an hour. Make sure you clearly communicate with them if you have time restraints and they will do their best to work with you. I havent had repairs done at Bells but I wouldnt hesitate to try.

I can always count on Bells auto. Twice I had to randomly stop in to have my car looked at because of a noise and they were able to fix it. We take our cars there regularly for maintenance. I truly appreciate their customer service. Thank you Mark!

Bells have taken care of the most complicated repairs and the most basic oil changes for our family. Excellent service with an extremely knowledgeable staff.

Been calling around different shops for prices to put in a transmission. And that woman thing obviously dont know jack cuz they wanted 1800 just to do it while i can have it done for 500 including putting in a clutch. So now i know to never ever bring my business there. Its funny people who knows what there doing they can get it done for cheap.

Came in for an inspection, they told me I had to leave the car and come back after a certain time. And so I did just to find my inspection failed because my windshield had a crack. Then they charge me $20+ because once they run the NYS inspection program, NYS will charge them for it. Thats understandable but wouldnt you want to do an inspection of my car before plugging anything. This is dishonesty or lack of attention. Either one makes for a bad mechanic. These guys dont have your best interest at heart. If they did, they wouldve told me that a crack windshield is not going to pass and move on. Ladies and gentlemen, find a better more honest place than this. Rushed customer service, only one person handling the office work so expect to wait and dont ask very many questions or else you will get an attitude.

Came in for an inspection right as they were closing up and the mechanic said not to worry about it and did it after he finished up. Very Nice staff, and finished the inspection quickly. Illgo back for routine maintenace when its due.
