There soda fountain is amazing. You can add additional flavors to your soda. Strawberry, cherry and lemon just to name a few. I made a strawberry Mountain Dew! Delicious I tell you!

Ok gas station with foodmart but AVOID the carwash its so dirty I wouldnt take my car thru it I KID YOU NOT THE BRUSHES ARE TURNING BLACK yeah no thanks my car is beat up enough as is Id rather do brown bear, either get a new machine or clean this one up but too dirty for me to put MY car thru :/.

Stopped in for a midnight iced coffee and snack. Clerk was very nice. Locked my keys in car again. Thank goodness I have one plexy glass window I can pull out in case I miss purse and drop them on the floor again 😭 like I did. Thank goodness for GORILLA TAPE. That stuff has a million uses towers over DUCT TAPE

I tried a few times when I worked out here. Not the best customer service.BE AWARE OF CARD SKIMMERS! Ive not been taken advantage of because I always pay in cash but we kept getting stories from clients about card skimmers here.

Horrible. Air Machine took $2.00 from me without turning on. Went to get money back. The employee told me that I was putting it into wrong slot. I always put air using this machine and not that stupid. So he didn’t give me my money back and when I got back to the car the air machine mysteriously reset itself and asked for another $1.50. They are scammers.

Went in to buy soda + smokes. Cashier could not sell me smokes. Said the system wasnt authenticating my ID.. I have no idea what the problem was since Ive never had an issue in the 7 years Ive been legally able to buy smokes. It was his first day on the job he said... and no one was there to fix the problem. Just not gonna be going here again, not worth the hassle.

One of the pumps did not work after I swiped my credit card, so I went in to ask an attendant for help and let him know about the issue. He identified as Jackson, looked at his computer, and rudely replied that nothing was wrong with the pump. I used another pump to fill gas and checked the previous pump if it was still malfunctioning and it was. Once more I stepped inside to let the clerk know that he’ll need to check out the pump because something was wrong with it. However, no forthcoming reaction, no helpful remarks came and I was just completely dismissed. It is not the kind of customer service I would expect in an otherwise friendly Issaquah community.

One of the attendants thought it appropriate to hassle and be sexually suggestive towards one of my friends earlier tonight. Would avoid. Theres another shell with comparable prices a little further down gilman if you need one.

Both my credit card and my refillable Shell card were skimmed from this place. Be careful.

Just your average gas station with a machined car wash and overpriced snacks. Their fresh foods, such as hot dogs and nachos, really arent that fresh.

Easy access, lots of room, clean. No issues.

Rude and condescending employees. One older man does not speak English except for a few words and is very rude. If you ask him a question or tell him something he gets angry and frustrated and raises his voice in another language. Their car was does a decent job, but the payment terminal is sketchy and does not work 80% of the time. This forces you to back up, go inside to pay, and wait in line again. I do not go here anymore. I go to the Brown Bear down the street and pay more, but its worth it to not have to deal with these people and the ghetto equipment. ALSO, their Fred Meyer rewards NEVER work.
