I was a resident here for 3 years. I was a quiet tenant and I always paid my rent on time. While the unit I leased looked good there were definitely things wrong with this place starting with the property manager and maintenance. The property manager never returns phone calls. It took maintenance 3 weeks to replace my microwave and that was because I kept calling to find out what was going on. They kept making excuses for not being able to replace it. There was missing grout in the kitchen tiling and holes in the ceiling around the sprinkler system escutcheons. I asked to have these things fixed but it never happened. Upon move out I asked for a walk thru but no one could find the time to do this. I left the unit in immaculate condition and yet; they charged me for cleaning, misc stuff and painting. When I called to ask why I was charged for these things no one could give me a list of why I was having to pay for this out of my deposit. I left messages for the property manager to call me back but she never did. The unit was occupied by me for 3 years; there is going to be “normal wear and tear”. I didn’t leave holes in the walls or doors, I replaced all light bulbs, all appliances were in working order. The carpets didn’t have any stains. I had the carpets professionally cleaned. The unit looked better than when I moved in. I even replaced the toilet seat that was broken when I moved in and didn’t ask for reimbursement. The building is in disrepair. There are ants, termites (evident by the complete disintegration of the rails on the stairways) and the place is infested with spiders. The property manager kept saying the outside railing on the stairs would be repaired and that they sprayed for spiders. There was never any notice of exterminators coming to take care of any pests. The outside needs painting and the wood on the outside is falling off the building. The building is covered in black mold. My doors didn’t have proper hardware so the doors wouldn’t lock correctly. The trash area is never cleaned. The trash containers are broken and need replacement. Parking is inadequate and the road out front is so busy you can’t step outside without cars racing by in a 25mph zone. Avoid this place! The management will act like this is the greatest place to live until you sign your lease. You will then be ignored. They want your rent but they won’t respond to any of your maintenance needs. The tenant portal has a place to leave maintenance requests. I had to request repairs 3 times on the website and finally I had to call because no one responded on the website. The people they use to do the maintenance don’t know what they are doing. They don’t come prepared with proper tools. I had to provide tools when they replaced my microwave. I could go on and on, but I think you get the gist of what I am saying.

Called on Saturday to inquire about these rentals. Staff was helpful with answer my questions and concerns.
