They closed 5 minutes earlier than the advertised official time. Inside the staff was sitting idle perhaps after putting a closed sign on the door. staff must be tired. Manager should motivate/engage their staff better.

All of my packages departing from this office are held for pickup or shows delivered but nothing shows up at door while all other dhl, fedex, ups are able to deliver just fine. When I go there with my tracking info, they say that they don’t have it WITHOUT even putting the tracking info in their system?! It’s been 2 weeks since my package is held at their location and there’s nothing I can do about it because they don’t want to look at my tracking info or try to deliver my package!

Reason for 1 star...Google not allowing 0 or minus stars...1st see the time on left corner and what they show as attempted time... before 2 hrs they confirmed that it couldnt complete.. how ?But worst is bow coming.. I visited USPS Iselin.. lady is not even listening what I am saying... without taking any information she is saying its out for delivery???How she knows my details when I was there 1st time ?She is too arrogant in morning????Such an Idiots

Worst experience for child passport renewal service. Gave appointment at 2pm because 1 to 2pm is lunch time. And when we went at 2pm with an confirmation email and reminder email of our appointment. Told us in very rude way that we dont know about 2pm appointment come at 3pm. The person who deals went for lunch. No communication between them, giving excuses for their mistakes. And the appointment are registered in system and still no professionalism. We are working parents with tight schedule, after following all post office guideline of appointment only rules. We were treated in very rude way. Confirm twice if you decided to take their services. I would not recommend anyone to go this place.

Extremely rude staff, especially this one woman who thinks it’s okay to speak in a condescending fashion with customers. The post office is extremely shabby and not maintained. They work so slow that there is a huge line and impossible to maintain social distancing. Please don’t waste your time and go to other post offices in the vicinity with way better service!

Keith at the Iselin Post Office went above and beyond to find a package I had sent from my Etsy Shoppe in Texas to a customer in Iselin. The package was stuck for a week in a near-by town. Within two days of filing a missing mail report, Keith found the package, rerouted it, and it was delivered to my customer. AND Keith called me in Texas to let me know the issue was resolved. Amazing!!! I told Keith he was an angel!!! He thanked me for using the US Postal Service. I am so grateful there are still such good people in this world! Thank you so much, Keith!

Horrible, rude, arrogance, mean I can’t find words to describe all Clark’s working there. Specially Avani Patel and her coworkers are giving her support. Need new replacements I miss the previous ladies that worked before. They fight with their own people disgraceful humans. I hope 🤞 changes will occur soon.

Mean and rude employees...coming in 10 am and they are not even working yet giving you attitude ...isnt it open from 9??? The worst post office ever. They should close it and teach them customer service.

The last 2x Ive brought mail to this post office Ive experienced 3 late bills, mailed 7 days ahead of time so I mailed letter to my girlfriend in Delaware to do a bit of detective work she didnt receive for 9 days....guess they hold mail???? Not good...thats why people need to stop with post office.

The lady called Avani has a horrible attitude. Another horrible place to use for mailing. Definitely not coming here. Place is also dirty and smells like they have old food in the refrigerator.

This post office has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any post office. I won’t be going again.

I walked in at 537pm knowing that they closed at 6pm. I waited patiently in line until 545pm when Arlene called me to her window. When I presented her with my envelopes to be mailed out, she proceeded to tell me that she didnt have time to print out postage for 15 packages because they closed in 5 mins. And then stared at me. She then started. Needless to say, it took her a total of 7 mins and 52 seconds to complete the postage WITH her stopping 3 times - once to tell me that its wrong to put return postage on the back of an envelope and if the machine reads the package backwards it will return it back to me. Well, isnt that why youre printing out postage with the address its going to Arlene? The other two times she stopped was to tell the other worker they close in 5 mins. Arlene, if you actually worked til your shift was over - 6pm, and would worry about yourself instead of everyone else, you probably wouldnt have so many customers waiting for you at 545pm. I shouldnt have to be scolded for getting off the train and coming right there. She wanted me to come earlier next time. Sure, Arlene, Ill just leave work early so that you can leave work early. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. she had no problem taking $60 of my dollars for the packages tho.

The people is really nice,I live in Iselin but inside is very dirty always garbage on the floor, trashcans fill of papers, entrance carpet dirty, been a state service should be clean and organized someone really need to do cleaning .

If I could give it a zero that’s what I would give. Old ladies with horrible attitudes. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else.
