The person who prepared my taxes, very unprofessional, did not ask questions on anything, I will not recommend this tax service to no one, fee is much too high, for a easy and simple form

Ebony is a tax pro. She is my go to person every year. As long as she works for Jackson Hewitt, they will have my business. She is sweet and down to earth.

They give inaccurate information. I was charged over $733 for my refund . I didn’t even get much back . My tax person ebony told me my fee would be about $500 . Viewed my documents on my account I was charged 733.95 for this service . I’m never coming here again . And I was told they were the best ... yeah the best at overcharging you for there service!!!!!!

The person who did my Taxes was very friendly but HE obviously didnt know what he was doing because The IRS contacted me and said that I owe them 2400 dollars. Thanks for nothing. Theres is nothing that they can do about it either.
