The people a the cash register when I Inquire about the where to drop off my package to be shipped out had no idea what I was talking about. All the employees need to have the information not just act unprofessional

My son worked during pandemic. And it was horrible for him

A package was to be delivered on a certain day. I NEVER left my house. Work in front of a window where I can see front door. Never delivered. Tracking says they attempted but no one home. Chat with assistant and told a note shouldve been left. NO note on door. Told next day to be delivered. NO PACKAGE NO ANSWERS! HORRIBLE!

My employment sent packages two times and nothing ! The second time a signature was required, and I was home all day both times . Manager told me drivers are able to sign for the packages themselves as per new COVID updates . HORRIBLE!

After waiting for the FedEx person to come out from the back of Walgreens and they never did, the security guard informs me that this location does not do labels. GTFOH. Horrible!
