The girls that work at this place are rude & unprofessional! This is not the first either. I arrived at 6:40. p.m. I’m aware that your establishment closes at 7. Don’t rush me! I walked out! I’ll never ever patronize this establishment again! I’d much rather drive the opposite direction to support my Indian brother. ✌🏾

So I went to cash a check got to the window all of sudden she has an attitude, for no reason it went bad because we kept going back and forth while all this going on she cashing my check I don’t know where that attitude came from guess her pay checks from there must not be looking to good and have no choice but to work there! But it’s not worth it to come here to deal with bs it’s other places to go too or go open an bank account The women in there has attitude and not good looking I can’t deal with Both.

They rush you out of the building. last time i was there the lady scolded me because i signed my check while she was in the back room . i didnt know i had to wait for her to pay attention to a customera couple months ago thecattendent would not let me count money she rushed me out distracting me causing me to leave 5 $ 100.00 dollar bills behind . didnt realize i left the money behind .

The women that works in there are very unprofessional and they talk to the customers very rudely. And they pick and choose who they want to service and who they do not. I will never go in there again.

My first time going here was terrible. It was my first time cashing a cheque so i wasnt too sure what was to be done. The younger girl in there was trying to help me and i was grateful. The older lady now was just rude to me she was so disrespectful that it wasnt funny. I couldve heard everything she said behind that glass and i was replying back to her 1 by 1. How can you be at your job calling the customers names and kissing your teeth at them then she had the nerve to raise her voice too! It was a bad experience for me and Im not one to say someone should lose their job I try to look over their behavior but that one older lady in their needs to be fired.

Every time I go there someone is always eating and its always a line and windows are always empty when the lines are very busy but the people there are nice but I think they could be a lot more professional when customers are president

Been using this Place for many years I have literally never had a single bad experience linked to the employees. The only crappy experience is when some belligerent person comes in mad cause they can’t cash their fake check or are just rude. Employees treat me with respect, remember me and are always polite.

Went to this location today and apparently if they’ve never cashed a check from the bank or company your check is from they won’t do it. It’s 2019, do better.

Theres no greetings, U wait 4ever just 2 get ur money because they are busy gossiping, then they wanna curse u out when u complain to them. Seriously they need to be fired ASAP. When I call to hey information they always have a attitude which isnt a look good look for business Im going to post the # for management soon, shouldve closed this once not the one on by dollar general ....I tell ya what Ill be giving my Madea a call next time and someone will be leaving work with a different attitude

These people are ignorant. They lack adequate resources to serve the community and their customer service is bad.

What is this place? A shack with three very large women bumping into each other behind a glass. Three lines in very close quarters makes it worse. The really bad part is there isnt another check cashing for a long ways.
