Its a nice clean place and not expensive a very friendly atmosphere

The wash machines have a funny smell like they havent been internally cleaned in a while, if at all. And they will not unlock the lint filter for you to clean before you dry tor clothes. So you spend more money ey than necessary. And the workers seem like they have no idea that customer service applies here, since it is a place of business.

The place is easy to use, helpful staff.

Very very poor service by the manager or owner, whoever he is. I went there to wash my clothes because of the gym just opened in the shopping center near the laundry. After I washed my clothes it was time to dry them, I put my them in the dryer and I set it for 16 minutes. After the rotation for 16 minutes nothing happened and I mean the temperature did not change in the dryer and the clothes were still as wet as before. Then I called the owner or whoever he claimed he was to report my concern. Before he would even investigate the issue to conclude that the machine had a problem he instantly started giving me an attitude saying that 50 cent is not enough to dry clothes in his laundry when I establish one then I can make 50 cents enough. Then I told him that the other public place I do my laundry I dry clothes for 50 cent. Anyway I ended up taking my clothes wet to the other place and drying them. I felt really really bad and humiliated, 50 cent was not the issue but at least try to hear someone out first. Based upon my experience I am able to conclude that this individual looks down upon his customers because of the area his business is located and he takes advantage of them. I will never recommend his business to anyone.

The machines are highly respectful than the people who manage the laundromat. Customer service is extremely poor, lax and terrible. Their manner of approach is extremely rude and I wish there is a way I can give a review of-100000 or just an integer of 0 every one billion times. The last time I went there to wash their machine didnt wash my clothes appropriately and the clothes came out dirty. However I complained to the so called manager and he gave me a bad response like he doesnt care. I was forced to pay extra on my own volition to clean my clothes. I wish I could tell the owner this that his staffs are highly rude and insensitive. Super laundromat you dont deserve even a one star. Put the round square in the round hole and not the other way round.On the other hand, I wish you can even give us customer service machines instead of those ones that force themselves to work.You see how you came out to the world to display your business. Is this the best way to address an angry customer. Just learn how to be polite in talking to people. You need people to help your business grow. Your machines cannot produce money for you if people do not come in there to wash. Talk like a great manager......... thanks.....

It does not have a spot to fold your clothes up and people dont have their mask all the face either.

Great laundry room and service. The ladies here cool and nice. I do my clothes here bi- monthly.

They uneducated I went there with my 1year daughter they ask about why she’s not wearing a mask 😷 not knowing I’m a nurse a clearly the news an doctors said babies under 2yrs of age are not supposed to wear mask

Needs new washing machines and they need workers that arent afraid to tell loiterers to get out.

The owner and staff are very cordial to me whenever I use their drop off service.My clothes are clean and smelling like roses whenever I pick them up on the next day.

I started my small machines then I had to wait 45 to start my big machine because I didn’t have enough money on the card and the office was closed but a manager was inside....smh

I go every 2 day wash my close i depend $30 but the day friday 03/01/19 time 4:20 pm the lady working there she is so rude i want put money en my key and she said go to the window and she eat in this time and i wait 5 minutes after she done. Help me th e floor and garbage is full she only walk around and nomonly me have one guy and another lady both said no coming any more she is ride i cant believe she work there no good service ...if i can speak to the owner is good for have for give the picture iwas i take

You must come early on a saturday, if not you will be upset.

I like the service here, people are nice and always helpful when it comes to helping new people there or seeing what problems the people have and they always take their job seriously to make sure the place is clean and up to part with how they know it should be done.

This is the worst experience I ever have at a laundromat. Representative was very rude and she was not helpful.

The owner always puts the customers first. He is always available to help in whatever way he can.

People who’s working there has nasty attitudes and definitely don’t how to talk to people, they don’t want to helps out even when the dryer are not working you tell em they don’t care about it they not giving you back your money to use a different dryers. In my point of view they seriously need new employees at the laundry and fix all the dryer.

Whats great about them is the last wash is at 9:00 pm..
