I try to go as close to 6:00 am as possible. Thats when it is really clean and you can get in and get out. A lot of machines are out of service which is bad. But the owners are nice and warm. And the location is great, right in the heart of the shopping center.

Well I enjoy doing my laundry there had no problems first time there for me Host was friendly.

It was a very new and nice experience doing my laundry at Kims because first of all it wasnt over crowded and its spacious. What I didnt like was there was no HOT WATER to wash my white clothes! How I knew this was when I was putting in my detergent the water was COLD!! So if the water wasnt hot then there was no warm water to wash the rest of my clothes. I like this laundromat but skeptical about trying it again next time 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This establishment is nasty they do not sweep or mop and they definitely DO NOT SANITIZE !! The employeess are often seen wearing no mask and costomers are allowed NOT wear a mask. And if you bring it to the employees attention they do nothing. They still require the use of cash and not cards to do transactions. Everything about this place screams NASTY.. COVID. And their machines often breakdown

Theres a certain smell to the water still. I no longer live in the area of this laundromat. I went there this time because there was a little too much money on my laundry card still

Washer and dryer is pretty good.I like to sit in the massage chair .But the bathroom is disgusting.

Do not utilize the cleaning services because they will charge you dry cleaning prices for your garments and wash and dry your clothes in the laundromat which is all under the same owner. Be very careful! I used to get my dry cleaning done there until I realized all of my pants had shrunk! After paying 30 and 40 dollars they washed and machine dried my pants. Everyone knows spandex in clothes will shrink once machine dried! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DRY CLEANING!!

Please dont use Kims cleaners my mom took my sons suit for cleaning and zipper replaced and they cut and already tailored suit and refused to own their mistake. Now my son had to get a whole new suit in which he had this for only 1.5 months. They are rude and the service is horrible. I repeat for your own good dont go there when you know better you do better. Now I know and so do you.

People are friendly! Took very good care of my clothes and the service was great :)

Have jumbo machines very convenient for comforters. Place could be a bit cleaner but overall a good laundromat. The machines get your clothes clean.

Paid 30 sum dollars for 3 items and all of my clothes smelt the same. Only reason I didnt notice, was because I got right on a flight. Never ever would I use these over priced Fenaglers again .

It gets the job done! Not the best place to get your clothes washed but its close of you live in Irvington. They always have broken machines and my clothes dont get dry unless I spend almost $3 on the dryer.

This owner is rude and extremely disrespectful. He blatantly said he doesn’t treat white people like this. He was disrespectful from the moment I walked in the door asking for assistance with my blazer being tailored.

A very well-maintained location. The washers and dryers are usually working and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Prices are reasonable. And garments are always ready on time

This is the worst cleaner you can every have your clothes cleaned or Taylored, I had my grandsons Suit taken to have pants zipper replaced. Well the zipper was replaced but the surprise was they shortened the sleeve on his Jacket and that was a sorry job. Now get this the owner said it didnt happen there, were else on the moon, This was my grandson suit very first cleaning from his 8th grade Social Affair well people STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE especially for taylor if you values your belongings

Ofcourse their is nothing but racist Spanish working their very condensending attitudes. Would never cross that door way again. Black list them ..... that means dont use their services. Until they respect their community and hire some people who are the majority. I bought a brown classic Mecca hoodie to have the zipper replaced I ask can this be fixed they dont answer my question but inform me that it will cost 25.00 first racist wrong. Second they say the can only replace the whole zipper . I say I want the same color they say they only have black.............walked out.I went to dessel cleaners Irv. no problem they said they would go and buy the brown zipper to fix the hoodie. Pleasant greeting runways how business is done.... Across from Irvington terminal its worth the walk from kims cleaners

Dirty. i could get over it if at LEAST they had coin machines. nooo. they use the vtm machine with chip cards and you dont even get your money back. what a rip-off!

They stole my clothes & when I spoke to the owner he didn’t care nor help. I used toUse them for Wash & Fold. I was thinking I was loosing my clothes until I sent a skirt that I had made to wash. It never made it back home. He claimed he watched the camera but that’s impossible. That’s terrible.
