The elder woman that works the night shift has literally followed me all over the place. She came and yelled at me for children running around that didn’t belong to me. Then she came and sat next to me while I folded my clothes. Then when I was leaving, no carts no nothing, she pushed carts on me and closed the barrier and asked me to walk all around. I could have exchanged words with her but I had both of my children watching me from the other side of window. The entire night I avoided responding to her. She makes doing laundry uncomfortable. But I guess that’s the price you pay for doing laundry in that area. Never again. I’m tired of coming here and being treated like this. And it’s always the same woman. Everyone else treats people with respect except her.

I been coming here for years. Tonight its only 9:15 and I am told I cant use the big 9 loader machines to do two loads of linen. Now I have to wait on lthe other end where a woman is using all the 9 loaders. I dont find this fairnor reasonable we have to wait on someone when theres a entire half of the laundromat to use. And with Covid rising, making everyone croud in one area as a convenience for themselves is just rude and careless. I will be notifying the health department to see if this is considered a a sade practice in these times. To add insult to injury 5 machines in that area were being used. Totally unacceptable and rude of this establishment treating its customers this foul. I need to buy a new washer and dryer for my home because I dont need aggravation of this magnitude. 🤬H

Machines work great. Havent had a bad time when washing and drying.

Nice staff, and handsome ones too. Clean facility. Convenient location. Good closing time. I went in around 10:05 pm. Out at 11:30 pm. Used the ice cream snack machine. The only part of the place I didn’t see was the bathroom. Highly recommended.

Very good place to wash clothes

Good facility. Not too busy if you go early in the morning. Workers there seem good at what they do (place is always clean when I go, they assist customers). Only negative is the folks there sometimes will beg for money, try to sell something, etc. Its a laundromat, not a flea market. Other than that, its a good laundromat.

I never had a problem with this place i alway enjoyed coming here until today i always come around 1015 1030 and wash my cloths i never have a problem until today the male staff was very rude and demanding and the female staff was very rude and told me bacause i was 5 min late i could wash but they close at 12 i would of been out by 1115 i never had a issue if you close at 12 i didn’t see what the problem was never again will i go back there they lost my business

Great place with industrial machines. Theyre efficient with a wide variety of sizes for washing and drying. The employees are pleasant and professional.

Clean, and large place. You can buy soaps, fabric softener, bleach and bags, etc... there. Card and cash can be used to.load money on your wash cards. Vending machines are the same way too. Tvs are large and everywhere for everyone to enjoy. Bathrooms are cleans and kept fresh for all customers. All types of size of carts. I love this place makes it so easy to wash here.

Clean good place

This laundromat is big and has a lot of machines but they DO NOT WASH RIGHT. Then when you say something to the worker they give you a nasty attitude. To crowded, bad customer service, MACHINES ARE TERRIBLE. The smaller store around the corner on Cordier is 100 times BETTER and the machines they is brand new to. Never coming back here again.

Been going here for years now. They are clean and friendly. I give it a 4ur stars because there is no security guards there. There was a group of girls doing they laundry and they tried to steal all my towels and wash rags. Just nasty thieves. Damn little roaches...

Good washers, good and NEW dryers included! And if you put $20 on your Laundry card you get $2.00 extra. $20 is enough to do A Lot of laundry here by the way. At least a whole month!! This a very clean spot too, if you in the Irv, or visiting. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Stay packed but got lots of dryers. Drop off is descent too.

In Irvington.. This is the spot!!! In and out.. Machines in literally every MFn size.. Staff is cool.. I lost some fine clothing.. They took me to the back and let me search the lost and found until I was satisfied... You know i didnt find it, but at least they tried.. Aye.. If you live in The Broke Town or if you dont live in Irvington.. Go there and wash yo stankn clothes..

The staff customer service is excellent, the only problem is some people leave their clothes in the dryer or wash machine and go somewhere for long time

In this time of pandemic when everything is so chaotic, I had the opportunity to meet professionals in the business. Great customer service and family friendly atmosphere. I also left an entire load of laundry in one of the machines and it didnt even dawn on me until the next day. Marie one of the Service Representatives was there to save the day. I called and she kindly located my belongings and secured it for me. Thanks Marie.

Beautiful place

Always have had an ok experience. Some evening attendants are very rude but, other than that its worth it.. except that today someone trully took my clothes. With all the restrictions in place with distancing and minimizing interactions, as I waited in my car for my clothes to dry, they jacked a dryer full... did not notice till I arrived home and began fielding that I noticed all our undergarments as well as our shorts... people are so sad, I guess they were in need!!

Its always a pleasure being there

Generally, the place is clean & spacious, but always crowded (especially on the weekends which is when most people do laundry). I stopped going there because I could no longer deal w factors surrounding the location, including the fact that many obvious drug addicts and homeless people who have no intention of washing clothes walk around this laundromat asking everyone for money. It becomes very uncomfortable as a young lady sitting alone to have people walk up on me all the time while my head is down reading a book or browsing through my phone. Asking outside at the door is okay, but they shouldn’t be able to freely roam & hang out in the establishment. & I understand the employees not really wanting to intervene, seeing as all of the employees are small young ladies who would have a huge disadvantage trying to defend themselves in conflict if things go awry with beggars (who are normally men). It’s not worth risking their safety & I completely understand that. Seeing that there will most likely never be a solution to my concern, I just chose to stop going there. I now frequent the laundry depot in hillside on rt 22. It is much smaller but I feel more secure there.

Nice establishment the attendants are nice, the only hiccup I will always have and Im sure others agree. People leave there clothes unattended inside the machines and we ha e to sit around an wait for there return to use the machines especially when the place is crowded and the laundry employees dont remove the clothe for the machines to be used and they dont have signage indicating if you leave clothes unattended they will be removed.

One of the best laundromats Ive ever been to wash my clothes. It is really spacious, clean environment, machines are maintained clean and rarely out of order, assorted machines in sizes from small load wash to jumbo wash, and as for dryers also. The one in Hillside also!

This place has two location that I Love so much. Management and staff are super nice are both locations Rt22 and chancellor ave, in Newark. There is another location that is run down and hood....i would be scared to death to wash my laundry in that place

Great place to do laundry. Machines are clean. Some of the washer detergent compartments have mildew in them. Ive seen roaches on several occasions. But still probably one of the best laundromats in the area.

I love my laundry spot... people are sometimes rude to the attendance but they are just doing their job. They blame mechanical malfunctions on the attendants to have no control over it. People also arrive past the final washing time and expect to do their laundry... then get mad at the attendants who are trying to clean up so they can leave on time.

Cool place. Plenty of arcade games and snack machines. I went on a Sunday morning and didnt have to wait for any machines. Soap is sold is there.

I really like their hours. I can be there at six in the morning before it gets crowded. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.

The time they say on here and when I came there are different. They close at 8:30 pm. If you come in a minute after that they will say they are closed.

The place is clean. No doubt. My problem is that Laundry Depot does not supply enough water to get your clothes clean.
