I like this laundromat. Clean & Spacious. However, they need to fix a lot of the machines. Some of the washers display screens dont work, and some of the dryers does dont stay closed. But the staff is helpful.

Washing machines dont read credit/debit cards. Waste of time.

I paid $95 dollars for wash and fold for two bags. My delicates were soaking wet when we picked up. Also no credit/debit options, cash only. Never again.

This spot was okay. During these COVID times, we have had to change some of our ways and doing laundry has been one of them. This spot is spacious so we dont have to crowd around machines. At first, they wouldnt allow folding but slowly they are bringing back the folding tables. The washers and dryers work okay. The workers are responsive when theres a problem.

Always clean, which is a big plus for me. The laundry attendant is very friendly and helpful....

This is the only laundromat that I use. Its typically quiet with more than enough machines to service each customer without hassle.

I would give this place absolutely 0 stars. I’ve been washing clothes here for the longest and never had an issue until recently. My clothes started to go missing out of the dryer that I placed it in. Ask the employees and no one knows anything. Ask for the manager and no one answers you. Today, I found my hot clothes in a cart under one of the folding tables and NO ONE KNEW HOW IT GOT THERE. One of the workers even claimed I was there at 9am which is impossible as I was still in bed sleeping! Ridiculous and poor customer service! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hats off to the management of this establishment. I had a bad experience with a staff in the store so I posted a review reflecting such. In less than 20 minutes after posting my review, the staff received a call and was told to resolve the issue.Even though I wasnt completely happy, I was satisfied with the response from management.Ill definitely continue using there.

I live 5 minutes away from this laundromat and I come here all the time to wash my clothes I know that the last wash is at 10:30 why did I walk in a 9:50to have the attended tell me they closed already, so I asked her you guys close 11 shes said yes and the last wash is at 10:30 so why is she telling me at950 that they already closed. If they want to clean the machine then close half the area, but dont lie about it.

I would go elsewhere but it is up the street so its convenient. It could use a real makeover. I go as soon as it opens up so Im in & out in an hour. 8 minutes to dry isnt good either.

They have poor customer service. They bleached one of my shirts and then the owner tells me I took to long to complain. So there is nothing they will do about it.

The worst laundromat ever. Rip off. the machines are all set up for quick wash with no indication of that. they do not tell you to only put detergent in first dispenser only. if you put into the second one you get soapy clothes in the end and they blame you for it. plus you only get eight minutes to dry fire 38 cents everywhere else is ten. the dryers are dont get very hot either. if you value your hard earned money dont ever go there. THEY ARE THE WORST EVER. DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE WE DID.

It started out with five stars then dropped to 2 recently. They keep losing our clothes and doing nothing about it. They get the clothes nice and white, but then get careless and drop things as they move them from one place to the other. I cannot afford to keep buying new clothes line this. One Oman works hard to please but no one else. No contact with the manager.

I have been washing my clothes here for a while now.. I went to go pick my laundry up last week only to find out the clothes aren’t clean with water marks on almost all of them, as if they sprayed them. I gave them 3 stars because it’s the first time this have happened. Now am worried if they washed the clothes at all

The employees here aren’t nice at all. My load was not rinsed correctly. When I went to the employee she said I had to wait because she was watching the news. Then she put it to wash again because they can’t just spin the machine. I don’t want my clothes to wash again I don’t have time for that. I will never come back here again I don’t care if it’s close. I shouldn’t have to deal with rude employees when I’m spending my money here. They don’t even clean the washing machines they smell gross and the area that you put your soap always has black soap scum. So over this place.

The workers rarely want to help you and hate giving dollar bills for coins. The dollar machine didnt count all of my dollars on one occassion and told me I had to come back on Friday to speak to the owner about getting my money back, this occured on a Monday. Mind you a worker was standing next to me when this happened.

Always clean lots of machines with lots of dryers....you have to buy a card to use at the machines

The staff barely speak English, and dont help with any problems you may encounter. Many of the customers are aggressively rude, they stalk you for your cart, asking to borrow it to take their wet clothes out of the machines, then you have to stalk them to get the cart back. High number of broken machines, low number of machines and dryers considering the large crowds they get. Ive had to wait for a dryer or washing machines on more than one occasion. A neighbor referred me there, and since its been six years since Ive had to go to a laundromat, I thought this was the norm. Today, I googled safe and clean laundromats and I found one in my town thats quiet and the clientele were kind and respectful. Bye, bye Launderama!
