They service my grease trap for a USDA plant quarterly. Very dependable.Have used them for many years with no issues.

Quick set up, all paper work was easy to set up service.

I want to get in contact with whosever in charge of the people who work in the credit or collections department. I have a harrassment claim about one of your supervisors Meshawn Mathonican.

Worst company to ever deal with. The driver came, did NOT clean the grease trap (have it on video and pictures), and still wanted me to pay the bill. Paid a plumber $189 to come out and look to see why my drains were backing up, he comes in and tells me that the grease traps are full and need to be pumped. I told him it was just done this morning, he opened the lid and showed me that it wasnt even touched. Spoke to their customer service on the phone and via emails, they said oh well you guys signed the invoice that the service was done, it is true that we signed, but we signed without double checking because weve been using Dal-Worth Grease (the old company before LES bought them) for over 4 years, and NEVER EVER did we have a problem. So yes, we signed because we were expecting the same service, but unfortunately they turned out to be shady. After the customer service and accounting people saying to not worry about the bill, they sent it to collection. I will keep fighting it, and hope it ends up in court so I can show them the video and the pictures.
