We trust this lady Lucero for the experience she says she has. We found her online but what a mistake to have gone with her! Our paperwork was rejected by the IRS since she didnt do her job right to apply to renew the ITINS, and then she thinks shes still going to be trusted to file the tax with her. No thanks! Better go with another professional person who has better recommendations because this lady does not know what she is doing when preparing her documents for the IRS.
