This is the worst experience Ive ever had!!!! First to get the anyone on the phone is a miracle. It literally only happened once (after serval attempts) I am a new customer and I tried and tried multiple times to get them on the phone but to no avail I finally had to go in person. When went in person, I thought I was just picking up my file when in fact they had not even started it. I gave them paperwork weeks ago. I sat in the office for two hours while the owners assistant worked on my file. This was the least Ive received back and the most Ive paid a tax preparer. Also when I first met the owner of the business I was very clear in asking him if he knows how to do the PPP loans since I own and operate my own business. He emphatically told me he knew how to do them BUT when it came time to do it he said he doesnt do them and he wasnt comfortable. I had more questions about how to file for employees of my company but I could never get them on the phone so I had to go to another tax person to help me with all my questions. If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable someone who answers questions and phone calls your THIS WOULD NOT BE THE PLACE TO GO!!!! Please save your self from the drama i promise he is not worth it!!!
