Phone service was awful, but the delivery itself was great.

I was worried because of some of the reviews online, however, everything worked out pretty well, initially I enquired about the delivery date, and they responded very quickly, the day of the delivery they called me about 15mins. before delivery, and even delivered to my garage, really quick. The box where my grill came in was very well wrapped, no dings or cuts no damage whatsoever really pleased with this delivery, very professional 😀.

Estes is a very reliable freight carrier. They pick up and deliver in a timely manner. Excellent freight account manager and customer service lady is awesome. Both very helpful and reliable. With most freight carriers you dont have that kind of service, but with Estes you can count on them for Excellent service all around.

I use Estes Express as my main freight transporter, and I could not be more pleased. Stacye my rep goes above and beyond to assist w/ any issues in the process of transporting. Tiffany at the Irving terminal makes sure the driver is prepared to load all pallets on time, and is prompt in assisting me w/ answering my questions. Rates are not only fair, but the quality of transporting our goods is excellent. Thank you Estes Team!

I am a new customer with Estes, and I am highly satisfied so far with the service I have received. I had an issue with getting my product to Texas from New York. I called and spoke to a lady by the name of Hydeia, and she was wonderful. She tracked my shipment, updated me daily (even if there wasnt much of an update) and she provided outstanding customer service. My package finally made it to the terminal, and I received my delivery the same day. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days, so I really appreciate Hydeia and all her extra efforts to assist me. I hope she gets much deserved recognition.
