This company has horrible response time. Ive dealt with them twice now. I have emailed them an urgent pick up request twice and havent heard back. They dont answer the phone when I call. Last time I finally got someone (the person I emailed already) and she didnt ask the normal scheduling questions (delivery zip, weight, class) then sent me a BOL with the wrong info and accused me of not telling her correct information. This place is a joke of a freight company.
