Absolutely poor service. I was told by customer service there is no guarantee they will pickup at all when we process a shipment. They have sent us damaged trailers. They have damaged our product in transit. If our product is refused they throw it in the trash, costing us thousands of dollars. They complain about picking up from us. They have asked us to carry 200 lb. freight by hand from our building to the street because they werent comfortable backing into our lot. If it was up to me we would use a different freight company.
This place is sick man, they didnt unloaded my trailer 4 days, our agreement was for 2 days, but still loaded 🤔. Are they working, i mean u know, who controls this place? no body. they just do what ever they want.Please, owner operaters and small companys do not pick any load to this place, they will not give u your trailer back, they will keep it loaded. The weak place ever.

No work, no trucks, all the good supervisors are quitting, unorganized, stort paychecks, no equipment. This is not even UPS, it was over-nite now t force.
The telephone recording says all circuits have been disconnected and call bk later! What kind of professional service does that? Nasty place and dirty.

Drop and HOOK. NO PARKING ON SITE. U CHECK IN OFFICE, BY 1ST STOP SIGN. MUST HAVE SAFETY VEST AND MASK. DROP MTY TLR PAST SHOP. NO PARKING ON SITE. BUT U CAN FIND PLACE ON STREET WHEN BOBTAILING. NO STREET PARKING WITH TLR IN NEIGHBORHOOD. BIG D TRUCK STOP HALF A MILE AWAY. THEY CHARGE $18 TO PARK.

This place is one of my least favorites, my appointment was at 1, and I got here an hour early. They make you detach from your trailer and put on a safety vest. 3 hours later I’m still waiting and nobody is going to knock on my door or call me because they don’t have my number and the parking area is on the other side of the building. I go in to check every hour and the lady inside gave me an attitude “I told you it would take 2-3 hours and you were just in here checking 30 minutes ago” No you told me 2-3 hours 3 hours ago so it’s been rough but I’m headed by Italy, TX for some BBQ at Texas best smokehouse after this so I’m keeping my chin up!
I brought a load here to be offloaded from MN.They wanted it there asap .I arrived at 7:30PM which was before scheduled arrival time . I had a pickup scheduled to reload between 12 and 4 am which I explained to the staff in the dispatch. They asked me to call at 11:30 to check on the status. I called at 11:30 and was told they just started to off load and I should call again later to check again.The last call I made I was told she didnt know if the trialer was empty but I could come and find it and check to see if it was empty. I pulled out of the gate at 5:15 with no chance of reloading .If you dont have 10 hours to kill then dont accept a load to this place.

This place and the employees are very unprofessional especially the ones on the office bunch of lazy uneducated with no manners and no work ethic. The facility very discussing place and the dock employees very dirty bunch of people not working but texting on their phones most of their shift . do not I reapit do not accept any loads going or leaving this place. Not worth it. Administration and supervisors are blind or playing stupid I can believe some one can run a place like this .

ZERO STARS. We have a small business in Lancaster, TX that relies regularly on interstate shippers to get our product to our clients as well as to our manufacturing facility. UPS Freight has NEVER ONCE delivered our shipments as requested. We have regularly paid for special services including appointment calls, lift-gates, 20 ft. trucks, etc... and they have never called me to schedule an appointment and ALWAYS show up with the wrong equipment. On top they regularly deliver obviously damaged/re-packed pallets and can only tell you to refuse a shipment without any real recourse. They do not understand that refusing or receiving a damaged shipment delays my ability to satisfy my clients needs (that they have paid for.) WE WILL NO LONGER UTILIZE UPS FREIGHT FOR ANY ASPECT OF BUSINESS. We would rather pay considerably more for better customer service.On the note of the drivers: THEY ARE ALL AWFUL. They all have a superiority complex and could care less how they make the business look. I have been directly insulted by drivers that make remarks regarding how much they get paid vs. how much I get paid, remarks as to whether I know how to read (I Most Certainly Do...,) and even going so far as to claim they didnt speak English (I speak Spanish as well... so theres that.)NO PERSON OR ENTITY SHOULD EVER FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE NO CHOICE IN WHO THEY DO BUSINESS WITH. Did not visit worked there. It was awful. I still thank God for the job though . The Supervisors there talk about each other to subordinates talk about each other. Cuss each other out threaten each other. Constant blame game. Every one is the only one that does their job right. When trained you are told every supervisor does it their way. ( problem they don’t train you for every supervisor. )If you use a computer for work you have to fight for one. Supervisors other employees just walk up tell you “ I need the computer” ugh Employees looked at me like I was crazy when I smiled said hello. ( a few that have been there for awhile nice ) gun shy I understand why now. The pay is terrible for the position I took. I took the job because I needed a job. It is the dirtiest place I have ever worked. They will call me a disgruntled ex employee I am not ( disgruntled) lol in my first 45 clock in’s I was late seven times and missed 2-3 days of work. This does not include the I believe 9 days missed because of the strike the Drivers Forklift Operators took. In which time we were not paid. It does not include all the Holiday time off ( no pay) we even received two days for New Year’s ... When you are paying someone 10,50 an hour that person is working for you because they have to. ( there is no way a person can even exist on that income ) not on their own. They did not apologize for the strike the Drivers and other’s that caused the strike did not offer to help the people they hurt . Their children . I mean right at Thanksgiving Christmas. Oh the reason I was late or could not work is because two days after I started my mom fell a simple broken hip turned into Stage Four Cancer by the end of November. One absence was for a medical procedure that the prep kept me from working. I was not allowed to leave an hour early for my mom’s very dangerous surgery. I was let go ( fired) because of personal problems officially . In six months I am eligible for rehire. My “ Personal Problem “ died last Saturday... the day after I was let go I found out I had Pneumonia... had had it for well it does not matter. Like my son told me they do not care mom ... don’t even tell them. It is hard for me to understand our society . If an employee is constantly having problems because of alcoholism addiction they are excused ( company’s even have programs to help them which is great) they knew I was not lying . I think my Joy was a huge problem. But being angry depressed never changes or helps anything . These people seemed to be angry because of my Joy Peace. There were exceptions ( nice people) not many. The women are like school girls ( what happens when you have that many men around) this is sooo long . I am going to reach out to EOE and report the location I worked at. As for training if you do go to work there you will only be told what the person trading you wants you to know. Almost all of the supervisors and employees if you ask them for help will refuse to help you or referrer you back to the person who trained you. The loss margin at this place has to be huge. Quality Control non-existent . The paperwork ( Supervisors all do it their way) is a nightmare . No continuity . People who are paid from what I was told 24-34 dollars an hour not being able to write legibly. Time management non existent no teamwork . You delivery is not important to these people the only thing they care about is what is and isn’t their job and if a mistake is made, let’s not figure out why how to keep it from happening again . No find the person who’s “Fault”it is this time curse them out for oh 15 20 minutes grab the paperwork fix it yourself ...ok I am done... this place is a nightmare...
The lady with the glasses in dispatch was rude because she thought I was one of the contract drivers. Her tone changed when she found out I was there to pick up for a customer because they were stupid and couldnt deliver on time. Everyone here was rude and annoying and every manager from top to bottom need to be fired. Your customers are what make you money and your employees and drivers. You should be ashamed of how you treat drivers and customers and corporate office will hear from me!

Sent my packages to hutchins, tx when I live in Allen and they misplaced my packages was for my kids and never received the packages. Such disappointed how they handle the packages.

I like UPS normal but when i get freight stuff delivered they lose it and set my business back 2 weeks.

If you are a truck driver never do a load for this place they take between 3 to 7 days to download. Terrible attitude of the staff. Personally, I will never entrust my parcel to UPS again .. I invite you to do the same ..
