Shipment was delayed but that happens and shout out to Adrian at the warehouse she really made my day her and the rest of the employees there were super helpful and were quick to get my item and get me on my way
We ordered a new outdoor dining set and sectional set from Sams Club and they use Pilot for shipping and delivery. Our dining set was delivered today, and I just wanted to say what a great experience it was. From the people in the office to the delivery guy, all very friendly and professional. They were even able to deliver the table a few days earlier than originally scheduled. Still waiting for my sectional to arrive in Dallas for delivery and I expect it will be a great experience as well. I dont think I have ever had such a pleasant experience from any other freight company. Thank you Pilot!
We have been trying for two weeks to get our delivery. When we call they dont answer or hang up. They have lost our shipment and the retailer no longer has the item in stock or other retailers. I thought I would be smart and call later in the evening, no answer. Emailed with no answer. How do you lose an 800 lbs pergola? Wish we could choose our shipper.
I don’t really know why there’s so many negative reviews about this company. They gave me great costumer service and the pick up was easy and fast. Very friendly!
This company is trash. The only good ratings they get are from employees. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. They have botched the delivery twice and it’s been a six week delay. I have still not received my shipment and the lady that answers the calls is not very helpful and shouldn’t be in a customer service role.If they miss the time slot today again I will post am update.
Overall company reviews concerned me on a 150lb Barbecue grill shipment arranged through Amazon. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the on line tracking tool. DFW dispatch were excellent in arranging the delivery. Delivery personnel communicated well and kept the appointment time. They also unpackaged the grill to allow us to inspect for concealed damage for which there was none. Good job on this 4 day turn from AZ to Texas

Was supposed to receive my order on the 2nd.. havent received any updates since the 30th. Called today and they said its still on a truck and wont be processed to leave their yard until the 7th.. ridiculous that I had to call to get an update.. they are so far behind and I paid $50 for shipping... $50.. great service. This is the worst company ever! The customer service department is beyond rude. They will hang up on you if you get upset or dont like what you say. I called off of work for 1 delivery that they never showed up for. The next scheduled delivery they showed up to my house without a 30 min prior to delivery phone call. They keep acting like its my fault I dont have my product and is not trying to help me

I was suppose to receive my delivery at the end of March. I still haven’t received it. Been on the phone with the staff and taking names now. I would not use them again. They have then they haven’t received all my delivery package. No one knows. No one knows when it’ll be delivered.
Sat on hold for the next representative for 1-hour and had to hang up before ever getting ahold of someone. I can understand reasonably long wait times, but over an hour isnt reasonable and Im not sure how they can continue doing terrible business like this.
My employer was trying to locate a package shipped via Pilot that didnt arrive as scheduled. I spoke with Braden at the Dallas location who helped track down the package, arrange for its shipment to Dallas, and got it promptly delivered to us. Still have not received my package! System keeps saying it will be here this day then that day and never shows up?! I have already taken two days off work because it was supposed to be here and never showed! Who do I talk to about getting reimbursed for my time!?I’ve already called numerous of times trying to get in contact with somebody at pilot freight services with no luck. Worst experience ever!
They scheduled delivery three separate times and I never received a call until late that night that they were not going to show up for delivery. They schedule times to deliver but never show up. Worst delivery service I’ve seen. Don’t use unless you like no shows and wasting money.
Ive rescheduled delivery of our TV 3 times because they say that they cant find it, the seller didnt put it on the truck, blah, blah, blah. Caleb will lie constantly, and meanwhile, you are taking time off work for an ALL DAY delivery window, and the package never comes.If you send packages through pilot, you DESERVE to pay those breakage and replacement costs. They wont.
Sitting here 2 hours and 11 minutes into my inquiry on hold after the 3rd transfer has given me the perfect opportunity to write a review about this comically terrible logistics company. Being a worldwide leader in logistics you would think they would be capable of telling me where my shipment is and when it is getting delivered. Website tracking is not accurate and no one knows anything....well let me call Tammy at the local office.... What a mess, very frustrating. Id rather put a call into the IRS or maybe even head downtown to hang out at the DMV. Inept and incompetent company.
Where is the no star button?! Cause with their service, stars shouldn’t be involved! Horrible service and no one answers the phone!! Mattress sent from there warehouse was torn from the wrapper and filled with nasty dirt stains! And they still had the nerve to load it on the truck and sent to our home!
Great service. 2 hours early. Called me to give me a 25 minute arrival time and brought my 10 x 14 rug all the way in to my living room.
One of their drivers drug the end of their bobtail across my mailbox when they left, smashing it against the masonry. Im currently dealing with their claims/customer service. I have video evidence of the truck and then the USPS not being able to open the mailbox shortly after. Ill update this as we go along and potentially raise the rating dependent on if they pay to fix it or if I have to go to claims court with them.UPDATE: They paid for the damages to my mailbox to be repaired. It took awhile, but it was done. I have moved this from a 1 star to a 3 star due to the customer service experience.
Very rude driver. Gave him the gate code for my apartment and he immediately sounded inconvenienced, then he asks if I’m in an apartment and if it’s on the ground floor. He very abruptly and rudely informed me that he can only deliver to me on the ground floor. It’s only a “ground floor delivery”. He then goes on to tell me that he’s like UPS. I don’t recall UPS offering ground floor or all to the apartment front door options. If so there’s be packages lining the street. I then inform him that UPS comes to my floor to which he replies that he’s not UPS. He then starts complaining about having to lift heavy things all day. Let’s keep in mind the numerous sets of tires that have been delivered to my second floor apartment by UPS. Maybe this is where drivers that can’t cut it at UPS end up. If you live in an apartment see if you can just pick your order up somewhere. I wouldn’t have waited around for four hours for a TV I was going to need to carry up from my car. I could’ve saved on shipping. I’m sure someone at WalMart would’ve helped me put it in my Explorer. So I’d be in the same place I am now. But without having paid this cut rate UPS competitor.

Trash company. Scheduled a pickup and 3 TIMES IN A ROW they ghosted me and never showed up. Had to call walmart to tell them I dont know what to do anymore.
Pilot freight was supposed to pick up my order in Georgia, had a driver dispatched to pick it up on 12/22. Driver never went to pick up order then all of sudden it was cancelled out on 1/8 after we called around looking for our package. Sorry drivers and liars. Dont use this company we didnt have a choice, this is who Keter Sheds chose.
Called twice before delivering my workout equipment to let me know how far out they were. Boxes arrived in great condition, considering the weight and size of them. They were professional at unloading my products and very polite.
The guys were great, checked my i.d.,and helped me load my big box in the trunk. Friendly and helpful.
0 Stars. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to click 1 just to make post. TERRIBLE DELIVERY DRIVERS. Drivers decide when and where they drop your merchandise. In other words if they DONT FEEL LIKE DELIVERING UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS and/or to YOUR DOOR they will NOT! Customer service was nice, but they let the driver do what they want and make their own rules! THEY SAY THEY DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR BUT THEY DONT AND WONT!!!!!

Worst service ever. Even worse than FedEx and that’s bad. I was home all day waiting for my delivery with my front door open. I never received a courtesy call like I was supposed to nor did anyone ever come to my door. Instead I received an update stating that I was not home for the delivery. I immediately contacted this company to be told by the “customer service manager” Brandi that they were not coming back and that the driver stated he called but he may have been experiencing reception issues. I immediately asked why he never came to my door and she stated, “well I can’t answer that but do you want to reschedule your delivery or not.” When I asked why the driver never called a second time while he was outside my house Brandi again retorted rudely “we don’t have to call, it’s just a courtesy.” I even offered to send them an email showing that the driver never called. Needless to say they won’t deliver my item for another 4 days. I was rightfully upset about the situation and instead of handling the issues professionally Brandi decided to hangup on me instead. I had to call back to get my order rescheduled. Brandi needs to be fired. Absolutely joke of a company.
Delivery cancelled four hours prior to scheduled time and spent one hour on the phone waiting for someone to pick up at the number they gave me to call. Terrible customer service.
Sat on hold for 52 minutes and still never had a chance to talk to anyone. How anyone can stay in business with a lack of customer service is beyond me.
HORRIBLE service. First time was a drop off of marble counter top. They reated it like it was a box full of rubber. Opened it up... Of course the marble was cracked. The dispatch was clueless. Second time for new delivery they said they could not take old item back because of new guidelines, okay fine. But then after waiting 10 minutes they left because apparently a random text fom a personal phone number said we are leaving you will need to reschedule and we missed that text. (Waiting on a delivery, not watching for personal text message). My guess is this company outsources everything. In the future, I will be double checking to make sure the company I buy from does not use this company. This company is a Pilot program that is not working.
Delivery was not scheduled with me. Driver just randomly called me while I was at work and demanded I get home in 15 minutes to sign for it. When I explained that I couldnt leave work, he rescheduled me for Saturday. It is now Saturday, Ive spent all day at home, waiting for this shipment, and nothing. I called customer service and they said my shipment was in the warehouse, but not scheduled for delivery. So the driver never rescheduled me and for some reason, nobody thought to deliver the order that didnt go out earlier in the week. Will never use this company again.

Order and item that was supposed to be shipped to me, called me after taking off work and said it is not on truck because they were missing part of shipment, scheduled for 2 days later, took off work again for them to call me later in the day because they have now lost item all together. Poor communication, poor service, I believe they have theft going on in warehouse or very unorganized

Horrible, changed original delivery date and still couldnt deliver on time. Rescheduled and wanted to deliver 2hrs before schedule date and was upset nobody was available for them to deliver. When packaged arrived, was damaged. Two large holes from the fork lift damaged the item beyond repair.. Avoid!
Dont call, wont answer the phone, cancelled deliveries multiple times. Amazon couldnt even get them to answer. Hopefully they go out of business and a real company takes over. Oh, I still dont have my product.
I was unaware that this company was delivering my item. Called them after discovering it. The gentleman was friendly and they scheduled my appointment for the next morning. Straight and to the point. Great customer service. Thanks guys for making this delivery easy.

I was able to pick up my package early from the warehouse. I was very pleased with their customer service. The building was a little hard to find at first, but overall a good experience.
These place is the worse. I would give them a ZERO STARS.I cant believe Walmart used them to ship our furniture. They lost our furniture did not deliver on the date it was supposed to arrive. We only got 3 out of 4 boxes one is still missing. The boxes arrived in terrible condition. Busted up and now I have to see if the furniture is broken. DO NOT USE THEM!
The worst delivery company there is I’ve waited two weeks to get my package they call the day that they were supposed to deliver tell me they can’t deliver because the time window didn’t work for the driver. Told me they’d deliver the next day 10 minutes before the window begins on the folowing day they call and tell me they can’t deliver till Saturday so we’re talking three weeks worth of waiting for one thing I could’ve went to the manufacturer where it was built and picked it up and had it back home by the time I got my package. I will never use them again if an item is scheduled to be delivered through them cancel it they suck
Customer service was rude when I called to ask if they had made it by my place yet. Apparently they just turned around and left when they saw it was a gated community when the office is literally ten feet away from the gate. And theres a three hour window for delivery time. Real nice.

This is the worst....i cant believe sams club uses them. Multiple damaged items delivered and not picked up for weeks. What a giant whip these people are. Do better.

Ordered an item through Wal-Mart who used this service. It arrived early at their DFW hub from California so I went online to schedule delivery as requested. It showed no availability for a week! I emailed that night requesting if I could pick it up myself or get a quicker delivery. I got a call and email the following morning saying I could pick it up today or they could deliver tomorrow which was days ahead of what Walmart promised. I opted to pick up since it was on my way home and the process went well.
This is the worst company I have ever done business with. If there was a 0 star rating I would have rated them 0. I asked for a 30 minute phone call prior to delivery which they said I would receive. I never not the phone call. Our house cleaner answered the door when they showed up. The dragged the boxes across my hard wood floors scratching them up. Kyle over there is absolutely useless.
We scheduled an appointment for delivery then waited the two weeks. When they arrived and opened the doors tvs had fallen over and were laying all over the place not strapped down. Ours wasnt there thank goodness!! They forgot our tv on the dock. He said they would return that evening with it, but didnt. When i called the next day to see where it was i was informed i needed to schedule another appointment for delivery since i wasnt home to recieve it the day before. After going all the way up the chain of command i was able to drive over to the place and pick it up. Once there it had to be put in the car one guy says park here another yells at for doing so! The whole thing was crazy and lame!!
Litterally giving this a 1 star due to.. me scheduling a delivery date and them waiting all day only to say they lost my package they have no idea where its at... for me to have to keep calling them to find out all this information.. this seriesly is some bad customerservice theres supposed to be an oncall guy at the location but he has failed to return any messages to the national customer service reps.. this is a failure in their system and it should be addressed.... how can you scan a package saying its out for delivery but lose my package at the same time? so sketchy.
Hands down, the worst shipping company I’ve ever used. Delivery windows don’t matter at all. Their customer service is terrible and they don’t do anything they say they’re going to do. I will never buy anything from Rove concepts again as they use this shipping service
They deliver wrong items then give your personal information to the other person they delivered your order to. I have been getting calls from the person wanting to swap items. Walmart already fixed my order. Then freight drivers shows up at my home wanting to pick up items. Extremely bad service spent an hour on the phone
Horrible service!!! I would never recommend using them. I bought a generator from amazon and they used Pilot to deliver it. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! They called and said they would be arriving between 9 am and 9 pm. I wish I could give 0 stars!!!
