Rest of the employees were also super friendly and very attentive to any questions I had with pure honesty feedbacks. Will definitely come back for more of their services

I called on June 17 to purchase and install some fire extinguishers for a commercial space. I explained I needed it done within a week; I was told that was no problem, and she would call me back with a time. I called back the next day; same thing. I never heard back, so I found what I needed elsewhere. Maricela just called me today (July 7) to say they were in the area and would do my service today. I indicated what I needed (not servicing) was taken care of weeks ago; the lady hung up on me. Classy. I saw a lot of 5-star reviews for this company, but Google Reviews failed me this time.

The owner and his sons are hands on! Great customer service and very knowledgeable about their business. I was in there yesterday to pick up some fire extinguisher brackets and came out of there with more knowledge about fire extinguisher than I ever thought I would need!... From Nebraska, working down in Texas, had to get the fire extinguishers reinspected for our DOT certification for our rig and pick up. We called them on our way to Dallas, Yeah, no problem! We can inspect your fire extinguishers. They helped us immediately when we got there. Super nice guys too!

Not only was the shop easy to get to, but the customer service was outstanding!! In lieu of just taking our fire extinguisher to the back, coming back out and saying it needed to be replaced, Brian checked our extinguisher - explaining what he was looking for - at the counter. Due to the manufactured date, it was time for a replacement. He left ours on the counter and brought out a replacement and showed me the date on the 6-year maintenance sticker for when it was serviced. He was very polite and courteous - he even carried the extinguisher out to the car for me. We will definitely be using Service Fire Equipment for years to come.

I stopped in to buy a bracket and the gentleman working there went into the back and got me one and gave it to me at no cost. Great service. Much better than the big box stores and plus I like to support the small local businesses.

The service here is very friendly, and the staff is extremely knowledgable about fire safety and fire extinguishing systems. We needed our fire extinguisher refilled and inspected for an upcoming home fire inspection as a part of Foster Licensing. They swapped our old extinguisher with a filled, inspected extinguisher at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be using them for extinguisher equipment far into the future!
