My recruiter Tony was the best, he kept in contact with me through every process. If I needed help he got back to be at the earliest convenience, he is actually one person that cares about the others job and security. He knows how to treat people, if you need a job in low voltage, get in contact with him pronto.

Great staffing agency these guys got me with a good company, Walker Engineering, even though I had no prior experience in low voltage or even construction. They stayed in contact with me while working as a temp all the way up until Walker hired me on directly. Thats something Ive never seen done while working for a staffing agency

TradeStar was recommended to me from a friend that had worked for them. I had little to no experience in working with low voltage cable, but this did not keep them from reaching out to me and finding me a company to work with. They have a fantastic training program for incoming employees teach them about low voltage cabling, and to train them on the types of work they will be getting involved with. TradeStar puts its employees interests first, and this makes them the great company they are today.

I first worked for TradeSTAR in late 2012 which prior to that I had a few years of experience in Low Voltage under by belt. They had plenty of work, compensated me accurately (based on my experience), and put me in front of a quality company that led to a solid career opportunity! After 6 months I was offered a position with the company I was working for through TradeSTAR and I was happy to take it. I was also serving in the Texas Army National Guard at the time so in late 2013 I was told I would be deploying and I spent 2014 in Afghanistan.After my deployment, I decided to go to college in an attempt to change my career path and I started working some part time jobs while I was studying. By late 2016 I had enough of college and retail work so I started considering going back into Low Voltage. TradeSTAR found my resume on LinkedIn and coincidentally reached out to me about an internal position as their Technical Training Coordinator for the Dallas branch. Having worked for them before, and having the great experience I did, I was more than happy to take the opportunity when it was offered to me.I am still serving in the military and they are more than willing to accommodate my sometimes demanding schedule- they even give us military and veteran internal employees a paid holiday on Veterans Day!! I can honestly say that I love my job here and I love that I am able to give the same opportunity I had to so many other people looking for a solid and valuable career move! I responded to a craigslist ad and this company called me. The guy on the phone shawn as well as the ad on craigslist the company posted said they were hiring for telecom services installer. After driving to the location to find its a staffing agency, i thought maybe they hire for the telecom company. After i asked shawn if i was interviewing for the telecom installer position he tells me oh its not for a certain gig, we have lots of projects. Dont be fooled!

Worst temp agency Iv ever been with. They set me up with three different job opportunities and canceled on me every time. They even sent me out on a job that no where was even working there. Horrible communication
