Nice staff but not truly concerned about placing you somewhere that is in your best interest. Your just a number to them. Very robotic over the phone. Never ask questions. Never sit down to see how well my skills where or how mentally capable I was to place me in a more sound position or opportunity. Low value high quantity is the name of there game. If your confidence is strong, knowledge is high and you have definite goals this is not a place for you. There are much better ones, don’t sell yourself short. You might think that you can get you some quick money, but you would have to lower yourself just to be in a place that treats you like a means to an end just to make enough to get you to next pay day. I believe anyone with a little ambition and a little faith can do a lot better than Paramount Staffing!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED Expect for Orientation to be 4 hours long. You do have to wait for others to finish so you can ALL move together to the next step when there was only about 4 steps. I went to orientation on a Monday. After all of that I was told to call the next day to ask for a walk through. I called the next day and no one answered which was weird because its a business and I called during business hours about 5 times. When I called the next day, Wednesday, I was told I would be receiving an email Friday regarding the information for my walk through that I had next Tuesday. Come Friday I never received anything I called and they said I would receive it shortly, NOTHING. Called again, same thing. You will receive it in a few minutes Nothing again. Come Monday I finally called AGAIN . Donald then sent me the information. I went to the walkthrough only to be told that they were not certain if we were even going to be starting or even working there for sure. Felt like a waste of time and gas. If you are looking to work at Ulta Warehouse I recommend going through another agency.

They are rude, unprofessional and unorganized after sitting in orientation for four hours being told my name was sent to an company only to call them back in four days for an status update and told........oh we’re putting you on available every time you call we’ll put you as available excuse me I was available since that four hour orientation........So why wasn’t I told that from the beginning instead of being told we’re sending your name and we’ll contact you via email a job acceptance????? It’s been a week since my orientation and I still waiting for a start date!!!

Even though I missed a few appointments they still allowing me to be apart of the family I worked for them through Ulta beauty it was awesome...

Fort Worth,Tx is the same as Roanoke,Tx!!! Atleast thats what the female behind the counter at Paramount Staffing truly believes believe it or not.In early January I applied to Paramount Staffing. After going through their process of background check etc, I was informed that positions were available with XPO logistics, Fort Worth. I was very happy to hear this as the place is just 9 minutes from my home. Anyway the aforementioned female send me and email later on and when I opened the email I discovered that the position was in Roanoke,Tx and not Forth worth. That place is a good 45 minutes to an hour from my home. I immediately called Paramount and the female informed me as mentioned before that Roanoke Tx is the same as Forth Worth TX. So buyer beware Parmount will lie to you.P.S. XPO logistics has two locations one in Fort Worth and one in Roanoke. The female at Paramount deliberately mislead me.
