I was offered a job opportunity with them and was very excited to start a new job. I had to wait a week to start but I didn’t mind I was grateful. I had a few different positions already lined up but decided to go with there’s. Right before starting I get a call that the Company decided to push back the starting day and that they would update me. I received no updates and I called every day politely until the alleged “start” date. The day after I called in and they said there was no job available any more. Incredibly unprofessional people’s livelihood is at stake and they didn’t even bother to update. I do not recommend them whatsoever there’s so many better staffing agencies! These reviews are clearly fake. I dont believe any of them. I was sent to a food warehouse in Dallas that had nothing but Hispanics who couldnt speak one word of English. I thought to get your green card in the U.S. you had to have at least basic English fluency. It is a requirement. So how is it that all of these Hispanics who cant speak one word of English are filling the warehouses in Dallas? Are they legal? Hmmm... The answer is NO. Most are working under false papers. But the white guy who was over the warehouse would only hire illegals. And Carlton Staffing supplied them.
